We got there late in the evening the front desk gentleman was nice. We got to the room it was around midnight. The carpet was wet like it had been cleaned and all of the surfaces were damp, sheets desk and bathroom. Everything was just sticky. We turned on the ac it took the room about 2 hours to get to a comfortable temperature. When we checked out in the morning we were informed that the room we stayed in should have been closed for a few days due to carpet cleaning. They apologized but didn’t offer to discount the room or anything. We will not be staying there ever again.

The pictures you see are not what you get. You get a hospital blanket as a blanket. They gave me a handicap room even though there was other rooms avabile. People in wheelchairs will not be able to reach the shower and the bench did not look safe. Rusty at the bottom. The Door lock broke. Bed was very hard. I only slept a few hrs that night.

Hall and room smelled like marijuana. Room needed to be vacuumed and the pull out sofa had crumbs in it and the mattress was filthy.

There was obvious smoking inside the rooms even though clearly marked No Smoking. It smelled terrible in the hallway. Our room was clean and thankfully did not stink. Staff wss pleasant, helpful, and professional.

The property had no working ice machine, vending machines were out of service for the five days of stay. Half free breakfast has advertised.No maid service at ALL..

The saying “you get what you pay for” definitely applies. The floors felt dirty, the tv remote was sticky and the property is not well maintained. I’m thankful for being on the ground floor because it rained heavily and I’m not sure there wouldn’t have been a leak in the roof. The side exterior door had a hole in it any rodent could crawl through. If Wyndham is going to start scooping up all these properties and put the Wyndham name on it - they’d better do some better quality control with their properties.

Bed sheet are not look clean, request to change. Door keys weren’t unlocked, request couple time for re-program to get back in.

It's was very quiet and the beds are very comfortable

The front desk was kind and patient when it came to the deposit. However it is very busy and parking is tight. The vending machines card reader is down. Some of the signs at the front desk were off putting, ie one stating no CashApp cards and no notice of separate deposit prior to check-in.

Small rooms, no locks on door, no microwave no refrigerator can’t bring food to room at breakfast dirty inside room outside property

Upon checking in the front desk staff was excellent. Everything after that was horrible. Entering the room we immediately noticed that it was poorly maintained. The place was extremely poorly cleaned and upkeep is done as cheap as possible. The property is in desperate need of some serious cleaning and repairs. After the first night we left at 9 AM to go to the beach until after 3pm. We returned and the room hadn’t been cleaned. I mentioned it to the front desk and housekeeping showed up and rushed cleaned the room in less than 10 minutes. We spilled some water on the floor and used a town to clean the water up and the towel looked as if we cleaned the sidewalk with it. You can see the buildup of dirt in the corners. In one of the beds and you could feel the grit and sand on the sheets from prior guest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone nor would I stay here again. It needs to be closed down and rebuilt or some serous renovations and cleaning. This place was a dump and way over priced at over $400 for 3 nights. More like $50-75 per night based on the condition. The AC smelled wet every time it came on. After the first night the housekeeping avoided cleaning the room but on the day of checkout, they were banging on the door at 11:30 ready for us to check out so they can clean the room. Please stay somewhere else. I feel I deserve some money back. I was over charged for this place.

The room we booked was suppose to have a refrigerator and microwave and we had neither which was upsetting. My fiancé is pregnant so we had to keep going down stairs to use the microwave. She had nothing cold to drink at night or anything. That was pretty upsetting

This inclosed business had easy parking, and quick check in with booking online, and the receptionist was helpful, but that's the only positive experience. The lobby had cash only vending machines. The hallwaynto our room spelled luke a dirty diaper, urine and all. The room was extremely small, but al least clean and had good a/c. But hecause of the small space and use of feather down bed linens and pillows we couldn't breathe. The bathroom door didn't close all the way to be able to have privacy. And there are thin walls so you hear your neighbors. The."continental breakfast from 6-9am wasn't even fully ready by 730a and lacking in anything worth having. Needless to say we won't be staying there again.

I started to use the iron and as soon as I put it on my blouse there was a dead roach on the iron that got on my blouse

This place was just alright. I stayed for a night...nothing special. Would I go back? I wouldn't..

When you walk in dirt was not swept up. Trash on the floor. The hotel wreaked of a damp, musky place. Some carpet, needs major replacing along with some laminated wood. The staff was attentive and professional. Because of the condition of the facility, i wont stay there again.

Property smelled liked weed. Walls were dirty and the shower kept getting clogged up. Breakfast was not even average. Definitely won’t be back and don’t recomo

The hotel is very reasonably priced and clean. The area around the hotel is kind of sketchy, but we were here for an ECU event and it was perfect for our needs.
