Expedia states there are laundry facilities at this property, there are not. The property is a short walk from the old town which is great.

This is an excellently situated hotel with friendly staff and nice, big rooms. My only complaint is the AC didn’t work properly which would make it quite uncomfortable in Summer

Was so-so. Location was good, room was good size. Hotel is a little dated but everything still works. Housekeeping is a hit and miss - some days very clean, new cups provided, tea bags refilled, certain days cups weren't replaced or washed, certain sections of sink weren't cleaned

Hotel is near the old city of Salzburg. Rooms varies in sizes and we booked the larger room. Prize is slightly higher but OK. Hotel was too hot. The heating was on it's highest. Had to sleep with the window open to let the temperature be bearable. We will book again if we visit Salzburg.

Happy with our 4 day stay. It is licted on a semi busy street right at the base of the lesser fotress that overlooks old town. A quick.walk through a well lit tunnel and you are.in old town. Staff was excellent and friendly

Nice hotel. We had a very quiet room on the back side. The shower was amazing! So much HOT water…loved it since it was damp and chilly out. Good breakfast for 16€. Easy to get into old town.

I know that some have commented on street noise. With the windows not locked in the closed position, noise does filter through, but when they are locked, noise is no problem. ALL personnel at the facility were pleasant and knowledgeable. It's a very easy walk through the tunnels into the old city. We'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, a very decent place. Staff were very helpful and professional, going out of their way to help. My only concern is the noise level outside our window. I think because we had a room facing the main street, it was quite loud there, even late into the night and I am a very light sleeper. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Salzburg.

Staff was extremely helpful with scheduling an early morning ride to the train. There weren’t many dining options on that side that were open but overall the hotel was a great price and the staff was amazing for our very short stay! Would definitely recommend.

Location was good. Booked room with 2 beds and got a tiny room with 1 bed and a pullout couch. Staff did not care! To pay almost $400/night is outrageous. Bathroom was tiny. Very disappointing! Would not recommend this hotel!!!!

The room was not cleaned. There was someone's underwear (!) on the floor in the room. The toilet seat was with old pee stains. The next morning we also discovered that the shower walls were covered with hair and there were old used band-aids on upper shower fixture. At the check out we reported the conditioned of the room to the reception and we were offered another room in the backyard building. However, the toilet seat in the other room also had old pee stains. According to the manager it is impossible to remove pee stains (!), but at least he removed someone's underwear from the room. Also the door lock of the toilet did work - and it looks like the stuck latch was there long before us. Horrible experience. By the way, the new name of the hotel is Leonardo.

The place is in the thick of it. The staff was great. Great A/C (hard to find in Europe) and the breakfast was super. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The hotel is in a very good location close to the old town. The rooms were very clean. Only minor downside....only one limited English speaking TV channel.
