A perfect hotel if You want to be within walking distance for most of main attractions in Firence. The included breakfast is good with both cold, sweet and warm dishes. My room, and the hotel overall, is clean and the staff is very nice and compliant. My criticism about hotel is the very slow and small elevator and that every morning I was woken up by noises in the corridor outside the room, probably due to caretakers storage facility close to my room. BUT this is a very small thing because I was going up at 08 o clock anyway. As a solo traveler I had more issues with that there were no english channel on TV. I missed that a lot during late evenings.
But overall a very nice hotel and very clean room close to everything you will ever need in Firence: attractions, A LOT of restaurants and cafes, grocerys stores and meeting points (for journeys outside Firence). I can recommend this hotel to everyone and if I return to Firence, I will stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect and it's a lovely lobby. However, when we got into the room, it was excessively hot. We thought it just needed time for the AC to kick in. After an hour with no change, we called the desk and they assured us it was fine and they could control it from their end. I stressed to them that I suffer from SEVERE asthma and the heat was going to trigger that and make me sick. They said they understood and the AC would be on "shortly." A few hours later and nothing changed. When I went to talk to the front desk again, by this time it was the night staff who said oh the AC is broken in our room and they did not have another room to move us to, but they gave us a fan. I was so sick from the heat and my asthma. We were only staying one night. When i went to check out the next day, i was SHOCKED that they did not even offer to give a reduction or anything. When i asked them about it, they seemed suprised and said they needed to speak to the manager. 30 minutes later they did come back with 30%. While it was appreciated, the whole ordeal was really dangerous to my health and disappointing about their seemingly lack of care.

Amazing stay! Close to everything 5 minute walk to train,duomo and anything you would want to see. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Will recommend this to anyone looking for a great luxury stay

Great location and nice accommodations but avoid the extras. They said they would arrange transportation but they quoted 109 euros when Uber was 68 euros and they charged 7 euros for a Coke.

Perfect location! The front desk staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, especially Myrna and her colleague during breakfast. My only disappointment was that the a/c in the room was not working. When you are walking around the city in a 100 degree weather, you want to get to a room that does not make you sweat more than being outside. I sweat even after showering and while sleeping. The non-working a/c in the room was the only downfall during my visit to Florence.

The location is excellent, you can walk from the train station, as well as restaurants, shops, the cathedral and the central market among others. The service was very good, they attended to our needs very quickly. I would definitely come back.

Amazing and friendly staffs. Hotel is surprisingly quiet given its location so close too all tourist attractions. The staff also has good bartending skills.

Property was better than photos and desc posted. Great service, breakfast included and happy hour. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable and bedding was subpar. Other than that the rest was great.

The hotel and all the staff was excellent. I'd definitely recommend staying. The standard double room wasn't large but felt lovely and the high ceilings made it feel special. The decor was clean and updated although as the internal ensuite bathroom had a non functional fan I've marked it down a little. Our room's window looked out to a back street with an ok city scape that was only spoilt by the ubiquitous air conditioning sounds. Annoying!

Nice, helpful personnel. Location is very good. The room was not too convenient, shower though small but good. The breakfast is very good. Overall for Florence the property facilities are good. I have been in several hotels in Florence and it’s difficult to find nowadays something better for the price.

Hotel is pretty conveniently located across the train station and only a 10 min train ride from Venice. Despite being so close to the train station, the hotel wasn’t noisy at all. The main problem with this hotel is that for my entire two night stay here there was no air conditioning in the room at all. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they just said that it was a hotel wide problem and no rooms had air conditioning throughout the hotel. No mention of when this problem was going to be fixed or if it was being looked into at all. Also, the floor we stayed in, the entire hallway reeked of cigarette smell. Definitely wouldn’t recommend…

I love this hotel, the location is perfect and the view from our room was lovely. The rooms are grand and have wonderful high ceilings, and the whole place is very grand old Florence. The buffet breakfast provided every morning is beautiful and the staff at breakfast are so delightful, welcoming and kind.
The lift is very tiny and as I don't like small spaces I walked up the grand stairs every day. Bella!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Trip was booked in a hurry and was not really sure what to expect. Staff were welcoming and professional. Location was superb and close to the Duomo and near everything. Breakfast was just great, with fresh food, Cappuccinos and incredible variety. Rooms were serviced daily and well. Highly recommended!

Nice welcome with a guide book, very useful. Good view of Medici Chapel too. Good location, nice room. Tiny lift, just fit 2 persons and luggage, breakfast poor. The breakfast room very small, freezing air conditioning at side of room making any hot food cold, getting English breakfast tea was like pulling teeth! Asked every day, eventually git one on last day- day 4! Been to cheaper hotels in Italy with much better set up and friendlier staff.

This hotel was in the perfect location. All major tourist attractions were walkable. The train station was also walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also amazing with many options. Will definitely return.
