Maria was excellent at checkin, helping us find a garage and hold our bags so we could tour the area

It was fantastic to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms for our family of five. The outdoor space was a beautiful surprise in the city.

It was not as clean as we would have expected.

the location was good

a large section of stucco about 2’ by 4’ fell of the bedroom ceiling onto the master bed. if we had been sleeping while it fell we would have been seriously injured !!! the room was covered in cement dust the owner cleaned up the room quickly and removed additional Loose stucco from the ceiling but we did not feel safe and slept in a spare room there is a regular smell of sewage in the main corridor

Loved everything about the apartment, great location, and layout of the apartment was perfect for our family of 6. The host was great. Definitely our favorite apartment from our trip. Easy to walk to all attractions and train station.

The key was a little tricky, but we figured it out.

Would definitely try to book this place when we visit Florence again. The rooms were nicely furnished and everything was available for ready to use including the kitchen. The apartment has a nice garden with furniture where you can also relax. The best part is the location - very close to the train station as well as the historic center.

The key for the main entrance needed some mix of trial and error plus some luck to get it to work :D

Clean, comfortable beds, spacious, apartments has everything for longer stays, communication with host was always good

The location was very good, the rooms were all comfortable and clean and there was a lot of space. The hosts were helpful, the garden was a real bonus, lovely. Listening to the swallows in the morning was wonderful. I would book this apartment again

The entrance hall to the apartment was a shock and I wondered what on earth I had booked as we walked into the house as the paint was peeling off the walls. The apartment itself was good. Although the apartment was quiet you did hear a lot of noise from the people walking around upstairs as the floors were tiled. The third bedroom is smaller and you don't have an ensuite but you do have a bathroom down the hall.

The garden was amazing, the apartment was a great size and great location.

it would have been nice to have a lounge/sitting area other than the dining table. It was also not as clean as I had hoped, there were cobwebs hanging in many corners, the floor was dirty with many lumps of fluff appearing from under beds etc.

A lot of space, and a garden with a fountain. Very idyllic. I loved the coffee machine with capsules.

House itself is very spacious and nice but careful with the scam.

Few complaints are listed: 1. We were 7 people in our late 20s, and the host completely treat us and talk you us like we are irresponsible teenagers who should listen to their parents. 2. There was no information about the extra fee on late check-in, the host only tells you once you book. The extra cost was outrageously expensive: after 9 pm, 50euro which is almost 30% of the room rate. 2. We booked for 7 people but only 3 double beds were set, so I needed to set one sofa bed by myself. While setting the bed (no bed sheet, no blanket cover, no pillow cover: just blanket and pillows), I found several really old, almost black, bloodstains on the blanket. I found it very disgusting. But we didn't report to the host at that point to not to ruin the mood of our reunion trip. However, after checking out, he started to accuse us of the bloodstain, telling us to need to pay him back. The host and the lady (Maria) do not believe us that I saw it too when I arrived and they seem really old dark bloodstains. 3. There was no wine opener in the house, which is annoying but okay, so we asked around to the next doors but at the end, we opened the bottles with a screwdriver. Then guess what, the next day the host accuses us that we stole the bottle opener. Why the hell we would steal that.

The location was excellent! Mr Mauro was top ! Thank you for your service. !We liked the property very much. Spacious and bright ! We felt very safe .Was nice that it had a garden with furniture .

We would have liked more pillows. Two per person would be nice. Also some more drinking glasses. An apartment for 8 needs at least 8 glasses.
