The room was very good value for the money but the restaurant was a little pricey. However the main course was excellent and restored my enthusiasm for French cooking which has become mediocre.

One night stopover en route to Portugal. The hotel is easily found and not far from the main route down to northern Spain. Lots of parking. Good service at reception and a nice room, very clean and comfortable. Excellent dinner in the restaurant and a nice breakfast that set us up for the next days travel. Lovely staff, all very helpful and very service oriented. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect stopover for us on our drive to Spain. Hotel is conveniently located clise to the Motorway to Biarritz. Area is safe, and Hotel is all in perfect order and scrupulously clean. Unfortunately the restaurant is not open for dinner over the weekend, but I know that this is true of many others too.

Amazing clean and tidy hotel! Great choose for an overnight stay on a longer trip. Very clean. Very nice reception service. I usually stay in 5* and some of them are worse than this lovely place.

We had the best stay at this hotel and it will definitely be our go-to when we need to stay in the Bordeaux area. We stayed two different times and both times were great! Location: it is close to the airport (about 12 minutes), in a quiet part of town surrounded by stores (there’s an Intermarché supermarket right across the street) There is a gated parking lot on site, completely free. Service: every single person on staff was the kindest I’ve met! Super nice and friendly and doing anything they can to help. Rooms: clean, comfortable, the beds were great, the comforters thick, everything was in working order. Coffee, tea, water.. Even had Lindt chocolates waiting for us :) Breakfast: it was very good, lots of options, clean, and again the staff was awesome! We did not try the restaurant. Noise: extremely quiet! We were on the first floor close to the lobby and yet we did not hear anything at all. The lobby is also great and welcoming. It was Christmas time so they had a box of chocolates for guests, cute decor etc. Will definitely be back and recommend it!

Driving through France to Spain so this was a great location to stay enroute. Reception was very warm and friendly, and very helpful with everything. As it was New Year’s Eve, the restaurant wasn’t open but reception was extremely helpful with ideas for other places to eat. Great nights’ sleep before another warm reception for breakfast. Much better than anticipated and very tasty. Even though the location was just off the motorway, it was very quiet and yet very quick to get back on our way. Will definitely stay here again on our way back.

Overnight stop travelling to Spain. Hotel is perfect location for this. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

The breakfast was the best I've had so far in France. The only downside is it's location which is more in an industrial area.

We received a phone call a day before our arrival from the manager letting us know there would be no restaurant service that night so we could make other arrangements. She also made a taxi reservation for 3:20 in the morning so we could catch an early airline departure. She was very nice, professional and extremely helpful. Excellent service

The toilet is barely usable in room 214 because of its location we couldn’t check out properly at 6.00am because everything was closed and couldn’t find where to leave card. Other than that hotel was clean, comfortable and all staff friendly & helpful. I will use this hotel again & would recommend

The property is clean, well kept and modern. The staff is very friendly. Despite the fact that I had a non-refundable reservation they were willing to make adjustments when my flight changed.

Rooms small and larger/disabled rooms expensive. My wife has a disablement but doesn’t believe we should pay extra because of her disablement

Stayed here a few times but when booking, forgot the restaurant is closed from Friday afternoon until Monday. Nowhere nearby within walking distance for a meal. Not so convenient for a weekend traveller. Only complaint! Otherwise perfect

Very strange area with very few places to eat but there was a supermarket close by. Room was very small but staff were very friendly and efficient.

We usually stay in B&b hotel when on a road trip to France. Thus is very similar but a little nicer with a kettle and soaps in the room and a swimming pool. Not many places nearby to eat at but otherwise a comfy bed and good shower.

We stayed here as part of the Euro 2016 Wales game in the city. The staff were unbelievably welcoming and accommodating to us all in the hotel, happy to help and even watching some of the other games with us. They helped us out massively too with the task of getting to the city centre (which was made difficult because of the strikes on at the time). Not too far from airport but try not to spend too much on taxis to/from city centre.

Easy to find, great safe, lovely facilities. Highly recommend. It is out of town a bit but we had a car so not a big issue. On site parking was very useful. There was also a tram line near by that takes you downtown apparently.

We were met by the delightful Benoit, who assisted us with carrying our luggage up the stairs. This is a quaint hotel with wall paper and creaking wooden stairs. It is in an excellent position very close to the Calais Ville station, and easy walking distance to the beach and town. Breakfast was delightful with fresh fruit, croissants and baguettes, along with a choice of cereals, condiments, and drinks - hot and cold. This is an old-style building and renovations are being done at a leisurely rate, but that only added to the charm for us. We would definitely stay here again.
