This hotel is ideally located near the action of Patpong and the beauty of Lumphini Park- both a few minutes walk away. Also the breakfast buffet was outstanding with numerous choices that changed each day. The hotel is a bit dated, however as it’s probably an older property

This is my 5-6th stay here. Khun Nemnich was really friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and love the location.

Good start to holiday, booked a large room with a lounge area but was just open space with no sofas making the extra room of no great use

The staff were lovely, the gym was great and location wonderful. The hotel itself is a bit run-down, with paper think walls. I could hear snoring and conversations next door.

Tired old decor, but modern in design. Reasonable value for price.

My room was massive and great value. But for that lower price you are getting an older property that is in need of a refresh.

The breakfast and service is good but the hotel should take immediate action to clear out the sewer smell in the room.

We had a great stay! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We first booked a junior suite and the walls were very thin. We could hear our Neighbors too clearly. So the staff moved us to a larger and quieter suite. The food was excellent and the location was so good. We’d stay there again.

This was an unfortunate experience from the outset. The hotel misplaced my main piece of luggage between my arrival and check-in time. While it was recovered, it added a great deal of unnecessary stress. Equally disruptive were the groaning and gurgling pipes in the bedroom of my suite. These caused a constant racket, making it difficult to sleep. The staff were informed of the issue and agreed it was truly a problem, but they did not take any action to correct it or change my accomodations. The staff would also not arrange for a metered taxi for my departure and insisted on only using their sedan service. The initial price for this was extortionate: 2500 baht. While this was eventually negotatied down, the whole process bookended an unpleasant stay. The redeeming qualities are the hotel's cebtral location with easy access to two metro lines and its consistent albeit unusual breakfast buffet which had Asian and Western options (does anyone eat pasta in the morning?!).

Quite an old place. Although has kitchen, can't use it as there's no pots and pans. Ridiculously loose toilet seat which is frankly unacceptable. TV channels virtually nonexistent. Offered free coffee for not replacing towels but couldn't work out where to find it. Good gym

The staff was very kind and attentive during our stay. Check in and out easy. The pool area & gym was nice. Elevators smooth, quiet and reliable. Good wifi speed. Coffee shop in lobby top notch. The little snack bar and room has nice affordable convenience items. Balcony off room was neat. There are some stains and rust showing around the room and bathroom that is beginning to look old and outdated. Kitchen was full size and suite size very good overall.

I like the friendly service of the hotel concierge and bellboy Brian, very good friendly service. Our stay in Bangkok in The Quarter Saladaeng was excellent, esp because of their transportation service provided by Mr Tom and his manager Mr Sam. They took care of our logistics made our trip so much more pleasurable.

If May memory is correct, the hotel has a smoking room at each floor but No it does not.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. We will return to this property should we be back in the area.
