Short stay during half term. Check in was quick and room was good size. Facilities in hotel were clean and breakfast options were good.

Excellent stay. Thank you. The only negative was the spa changing rooms. Rusting lockers. Tired Tiling . Cleaning leaves a lot be desired. I don't think the glass spa sauna door has been cleaned in months . It just did not feel very wholesome. Apart from that everything (particularly the restaurant ) exceeded my expectations

Lovely hotel lovely friendly staff and lots to do for kids in the hotel. Our room was a little dated but spacious clean and comfy beds. The room was very hot and no air con, requested a fan from reception and within minutes they brought 2 up

We started to go to the Lytham festival. Lovely spacious room the hotel is huge, really deceptive as you wouldn't know from the outside. Modern decor and great food. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had problems getting back to the hotel as we couldn't find the festival bus and had no idea where we were. We phoned the hotel for help and they booked a taxi to pick us up and made sure we got back staff. Couldn't have done more to help us, Kerian was great. The hotel is right on the main promonade so had a great view and really close to the town centre. We not said we'd go again

Our room was fairly basic but clean and tidy with a sea View. It was comfortable if a little tired looking and a fridge/minibar would have been welcomed. The breakfasts were good with a decent choice of hot and cold foods and juices. We only dined once and enjoyed our meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a shame we did not have time to make use of all the facilities particularly the indoor pool. All in all we enjoyed our 3 night stay and would be happy to go back to the Dalmeny in the future.

Thought outside was scruffy and looked un cared for. Slopping windows in reception looked ready for replacing, impacted on view as looked to have 'blown'.
Staff were a credit, especially reception and maintainence man.
Dark settee area ,very bland, poor lighting, no cushions nor greenery.
Entertainer on saturday 25 may was excellent.
Despite our comments we would certainly visit again. Thankyou to you all, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Very dated, needs a thorough refurb. Table on outside balcony was rusted and dangerous and needs replacing immediately. The breakfast was excellent and well organised.

Staff were really friendly and the room was fab, couldn’t believe how big it was! It was also absolutely spotless. I used the pool, sauna and steam room which were a treat. the showers in the pool could be doing with a wee bit of TLC but on the whole we had a fab stay and will be back. Great value for money too.

The children's entertainment was good, although there was a terrible smell in the ballroom. The tv in the room wasn't working and there was a damp smell in the hallway. The lift was terrible! Constantly waiting around for it.

Room was spacious and modern. Hotel very stylish and staff really helpful and friendly. A very memorable stay and we will return.

Lovely hotel, great staff - very helpful. One suggestion for our room (no.3), it had a separate toilet and bathroom, but no hand basin in the toilet, so if you had used the toilet and wanted to wash your hands, and the bathroom was in use, it’s not great hygiene wise!

Visited for a 2 night stay for my mother's 90th birthday. Stayed in room 208 which looked in a sorry condition. Carpet frayed, paintwork scuffed. Top window loose, wouldn’t stay open.
