Fast check in, big room (suite) and clean. Whoever they hired to do the wallpaper should never work on wallpaper again lol. But room was comfortable and clean. Not sure it was worth the price paid, would have expected at least a couple of niceties like some bottled water in the room or snacks or something for the price. Hotel was decorated nice for Christmas season.

We had to wait a while for breakfast, they were out of almost everything. The water pitcher was just ice. Our keycard didn’t work and had to get it fixed a couple times. The hotel could use some updates. The room was great. The hotel was good. We’d stay again.

checked in around 9 pm headed to cuyahoga valley park, after spending the day at cedar point. Was greeted with a smile and quick check in. went to our room, room was clean all looked good.Took a nice Hot shower and went to bed. woke up at 7 had a decent breakfast got another hot shower and checked out. No complaints everything was fine.

This hotel competently provides the basics.
Our room was comfortable, quiet, fairly spacious and acceptably clean. Looking closer, it needed more attention in nooks and crannies.
The room had towels sufficient for two people, but we had registered three persons and had to daily ask for more towels.
The breakfast offered a nice blend of hot and cold food, including fresh fruit. Hot cinnamon rolls were a treat each morning. The breakfast attendant was extra diligent in restocking trays and supplies. Otherwise, the staff did not proactively offer greetings or inquire about our needs.
No red flags to report and we can recommend the hotel to others for a restful stay.

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with the only issue being a shower that drained slowly and had low water pressure. The breakfast was and the food area was inviting.
The staff handled a multi-hour power outage from a storm very well, keeping the facility safe and gave us updates as needed. Overall it was a good experience!

This property is quiet and safe. The rooms are nice and clean. The bedsare moderate comfort level. The breakfast is awesome. It is centrally located to the Cuyahoga National Park and 20 minutes to most places in Cleveland. I would recommend for anyone staying in the area to stay here.

This hotel was excellent. I never leave reviews, but after staying at a lot of subpar places and having such a lovely stay I wanted to acknowledge the both the front staff and cleaning staff. Truly appreciate what you do. We will now stop wasting our time and just stay at Holiday Inns.
