Everyone working was very friendly. We had a spa tub in the room. There was no plug to fill the tub. Front desk and maintenance were very nice, quickly found a plug and allowed us use of the tub. Tub is old and needs repair but was ok to use.

I travel with family often,, so I've stayed at a variety of hotels. This one goes under A+ on my personal list of hotels. I do use a wheelchair, and every doorway, hallway, room was very spacious. I had absolutely no issues. The swimming pool and included breakfast was very convenient for my family. The staff was overly helpful. More than any other of the many hotels. I enjoyed this hotel so much that I changed my next hotel stay to this location- even though it's a little further...it's worth it.

The continental breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was quite lovely.

The only thing I could find that was a dislike was a stain on the floor between the beds. Also being next to the ice machine sucked. I will definitely stay again but not next to the ice machine, lol

Very comfortable and super clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I had a pleasant stay.

One of the bedside lamps was missing a lightbulb and no one was able to fix it. I was there on a Sunday night which probably had something to do with the response.

The road construction nearby made it difficult to find.

The location was perfect for the National Park and still close to Cleveland. Enjoyed the pancakes at breakfast and the cookies in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool and hot tub were not open two times of our four nights.
