It had all the essential elements of a decent hotel — breakfast, WI-FI, pool, parking.
When we arrived after dark, there was no outside lighting ostensibly because of a recent storm, tho everyone else in the area had outside lighting. We could barely see to find the hotel or get the car parked and our luggage removed. In addition, the outside exit doors didn’t open/shut without force. The floors in the elevator and downstairs hallway were sticky with spilled drinks residue, the carpet in the room had no pile, and the whole place had a sort of closed up/closed in unpleasant stale odor. It was frumpy. Breakfast was fine.

When we got there there was no outside lights. Parking lot was dark. We checked in was on second floor so took elevator. Someone had spilled a drink and was very sticky. The hall carpet was dirty too. When we came back down I told desk clerk( girl) and we were told she didn't have a housekeeper on duty. I said to her my husband, who is disabled almost fell. Got no response. When in room went to bathroom to have door very sticky! Went to bed around 10:30pm to hear loud commotion over head. Tried to agnore but just got louder. Waited until 11:30 and called front desk. She said she would take care of it. Noise went till around 1am! The next morning went down for breakfast around 9am to find elevator was still sticky! There was a housekeeper at desk so we told her and she did go look.. We would never stay there again.For the price we were very disappointed!

The staff was friendly and courteous.
There was a bad smell in the halls way like possibly sewer smell. We could hear the people on the room above us loudly, like unsure why but have never had that happen in a hotel before. Not only there footsteps but mumbled voices as well? Didn’t help they got up at 530 am both Saturday and Sunday!

It was very nice place to stay. Great breakfast.
I was on the 2nd floor and around 9pm both nights, it sounded like a herd of elephants walking around on the 3rd floor. Eventually they would calm down.

It was a good location , easy to access , close to I 77.
However it recently changed to a Comfort Inn with partial signage indicating so,so be aware when looking for it as a Hampton Inn! It has signage for both, a little confusing!
Our room was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed.
They provided a basic breakfast in lobby which we find very convenient .
It was definitely a little dated looking ,could use some renovation.It’s not as new & upscale as most Hampton Inns I stay at.
The pool area was not very attractive, the pool looked to need painting & renovations.We normally do use the pool , but did not at this location, basically due to we were busy with family visits.

They kept running out of stuff at breakfast. Like milk, which seemed odd. Also the toilet was quite dirty underneath. Normally I wouldn't look but I took a bath and could see under the rim. It was clear that part hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time, which was kind of gross.

Facility and breakfast were all very good, per Hampton Inn standards and care.
Used Booking.com to book and pay for room and was told card was declined. Booked a 2nd time with Booking.com and paid with them. Was told on arrival the first booking had been cancelled. I got charged twice and am still seeking to get a credit for the first charge. Booking.com and Hampton Inn need to work out the details to get me a credit for the duplicate charge. Currently each seems to point the responsibility to the other.

Courteous staff, good selection at breakfast, clean and safe premises. Mexican restaurant next door is really good and convenient.
Bed and pillows were a bit too soft, toilet was EXTREMELY loud, water tasted bad.

Cleanliness and the facility is rundown. The chalk around the tub had mold or mildew growing under it. The chalk around the sink vanity was covered in built up dust and dirt. The maintenance of the building is poor. The breakfast isn’t up to par. The coffee and waffle mix were watered down. Overall, the hotel isn’t worth the costs. I

Breakfast was a disgrace, dirty area and out of food before facility closed. No manager on board to speak with.
Everything could have been better. 100% Hampton satisfaction, not even close.

The initial room I was assigned was dirty. Sheets and towels were all over the floor. The upkeep of the hotel it self was disappointing fire the cost.

The staff was very friendly
There is no breakfast even though it stated there was on the Booking.com site. Also it is right across the street from the airport so be ready to hear planes taking off in the early morning.
