Our entire group contracted E.coli. we spent more time in the bathroom than the beach. The servers at the buffett rately got water to the table before we finished eating. Sometimes I got up to get it myself from their tray. the beds were super hard, and the air conditioning would not go below 77 degrees fahrenheit. This was the worst vacation to the DR we have ever had.

The rooms smell like mold the air conditioner don’t work. My patio door didn’t lock
The food was inedible and when we went to the snack bar the food was covered with flies and my wife got hurt when she sat in a chair that had a screw sticking out of the missing armrest
We checked out immediately due to the poor quality and the hotel refused to refund us
Stay away from this hotel at best it is a 2 - 3 star hotel and certainly not a 5 star. !

Alexander who works alongside the front desk was the only reason this place got four stars he took care of everything over and Beyond his line of duty he's a gentleman and should be honored for his work there and praised Emilio and Maria at the front bar also very good to have as employees everyone else just did their job. Let me remind you Alexander the Great he is the reason I would go back

The resort is great. The food is very good and the buffet changes themes everyday so there is a good variety of options. I wish they provided more water bottles and options for the mini fridge and I wish there was more maintenance on the bathroom because the shower head was not working properly but overall the resort is great and the staff is friendly and approachable. Also wish they kept some security on the beach because we get approached by many "sellers" and they take advantage of us. But I will definitely stay here again.

The resort was good for my liking. I like that you can relax in these types of resorts for adults only. The resort is not perfect by any means, my room didn’t have wi-fi and the toilet didn’t have no water, they fixed the toilet as soon as I let the staff know so that was good on their part. The food was okay not excellent they didn’t have a big variety of restaurants. One restaurant stood out and that was the one with the beef themed going on, amazing steak. If you just want to relax at a small resort with okay food great beach for the low price, then this one is for you.

The rooms were extremely nice and exceeded my expectations but the food was not the best. We could've had more activities like game nights or party area since its adults only. There should have been free beach activities like canoeing, paddle boat or hobby cat just to name a few!

Adults only and quiet. Gorgeous view and property. At first glance its picturesque but you notice the little things as time goes on. A light with a freyed wire in the pool by the pool bar, in-unit tub was missing jets, keycards break from sweat or just being generally anywhere anything having a battery, stains on the pillows, etc.
You then go to the resort owned by Princess (Deluxe Princess) next door and you just get the feeling the adult resort was an afterthought.

Everything was absolutely perfect! I went there on a solo trip for some relaxation and that is exactly what I got and more. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Many activities , great live entertainment. The beach and the spa was breathtaking. Shout out to Roman and Monte for making every moment worth it. Special shout out to Alexander at guest services-he understood the assignment and made sure he locked me in with everything that I needed and wanted. If you’re looking to chill and relax but still have a great time this is the spot. I will be returning. Thanks DR
