Good clean hotel. Not close to city. Room not cleaned everyday, but that may be due to covid-19 Im not sure.

The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was friendly. However, my room was dirty. There were cobwebs in the corners, handprint smuges on the walls, and grunge in crevices. The worst part was how thin the walls were! I could hear my neighbors VERY CLEARLY. Also, tgere was some sort of game being watched 2 stories below me, but I could hear the men cheering very loudly. And the housekeepers gave no regard to their volume when talking in the morning outside of rooms. If you are looking for sleep, this is not the hotel for you.

We had issues with the air conditioning and changed rooms three times but....... once that was resolved, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was wonderful and location and ease of getting to the old part of town was good.

Honestly, I stayed here during the heat wave because it had air conditioning. But it was a very nice hotel with a good breakfast.

They didn’t check the fridge, there’re opened drinks inside when i checked in ,

Valuable nice hotel very close to A93. Large nice rooms and a good breakfast. We will use this hotel again.

Only stayed for a couple of hours, but there was no problems as we got better room then booked. Very good breakfast but i did not like that you have to leave the area when breakfast time ends, so make sure to get there and eat before 10.30. Few parking places but cheap garage for 8€ and very close to Autobahn if you are driving through Germany.

Stayed there for one night during business trip. Everything was perfect - very friendly staff, stylish and comfortable room, and super delicious breakfast. Would definitely come back.

The hotel was ok, located not too far from the old city by bus. You can find parking for free on the streets near the hotel. Breakfast was good. The condition of the room was not the best- dirty carpet...the toilet door is transparent and it was not comfortable.

Good hotel, tidy and clean rooms. Could get a bit warm at times, otherwise comfortable.

Everything was just fine. The check-in and thecheck-out were really swift and well-managed (although a nice smile would have been great..:))

Hotel is very modern,nice. Service staff is excellent. Parking in lot next door in convenient.

This hotel is clean and comfortable, but more suited to a business traveller than a tourist to Regensburg. It's an 11 euro cab ride, or about a half-mile walk to the bus stop and 2.50 trip to Old Town. For some reason, they hung a 'do not disturb' sign on my door and didn't service it, and when I requested some clean towels, there was no housekeeping staff onsite, so I had to wait for the desk staff to bring them up 30 minutes later. The pillows were very uncomfortable, although the bed and linens were quite comfy. On the plus side - the breakfast is yummy, dinner at the restaurant was good & reasonably priced.

The hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful. The hotel condition and facilities are quite convenient and are in good condition. The room is clean and tidy.

Really well placed hotel, convenient for autobahn, and five minutes to the old town. Underground car park also a benefit, nice welcome, very clean and tidy and amazingly quiet. Only small point was the shower had a mind of its' own, but other than that, great hotel which I will use again.

We are regular customers of Best Western. When we booked at this hotel and saw the high ratings we booked immediately. Upon arriving, we found it VERY noisy with a business conference. "Minutes from the old city center" is quite misleading to tourists. Try over an hour in rush hour to anywhere scenic. Parking is very limited. There is an underground garage where we were lucky to squeeze our car into the last available space. We arrived at the restaurant at 17:45 to find it abandoned. We asked at the front desk and were told it opened at 18:00. At 18:30 we tried again, only to find NO staff anywhere. After we left we saw the team smoking at the back door. There are next to no restaurants (or anything of interest in the immediate area). With the exception of the front desk staff and one nice waitress at breakfast, the hotel staff made us feel more like an annoyance than a guest. No-one seemed happy to be there. For a business traveler, this location may be OK. For a tourist I would avoid it. In our 14 days spent in Germany and Switzerland, this hotel was the low point.
