Staff were incredibly friendly and helped with anything we asked. They were great in the morning sorting out breakfast for my son who is coeliac.

Ok hotel, breakfast Was not the best. Little to choose from other than egg in different ways. Also long waiting for tables If you come in prime time to eat.
The room they gave us Was a handicap room. Dont like this rooms due to the hospital feeling it gives, with all the red strings around you can pull in case you fall. Went with my son, so not such a big deal. But If this Was a trip with the wife i would not accept a handikap room.

Decent hotel in a good location. Northern Quarter is quirky. Printworks car park opposite the hotel. Breakfast at Cafe North next to the hotel is amazing

Clean, large rooms but room design was poor - tiny shower, had to close the toilet lid to flush and only the large flush button worked, coat closet was on top of the coffee/snack counter which resulted in the hanging clothes touching the tea cups, kettle, etc. outlets were also on the floor, so kettle had to be kept on the floor as the cord was too short, the outlet for the hairdryer in the shower didn’t fit the hairdryer that was provided so could only be plugged to the floor. Very low water pressure as well. Recommend moving the fridge under the desk & putting coffee supplies on top of the desk so that the closet remains for clothes and the safe. Also, recommend moving the movable cabinet (with hair dryer) under the desk to the be under the bathroom sink.

The rooms are big. The shower area is very small so if you are claustrophobic, you will not be able to take a shower there.

Amazing hotel! The hotel through tour was clean and modern. The staff were friendly at all times. We never had a problem however I feel if we did, they would have been very helpful. Hotel is located very close to the AO arena, Arndale, football museum, print works and Manchester cathedral.
Plenty of restaurants and shops local! Travel options are also very close too including bus, tram and train station.
The room was very spacious, cleaned daily and stocked up.

Wonderful buffet breakfast in a lovely restaurant. Conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and other sights. Well appointed rooms that were comfortable and roomy.

The hotel was in great order, easy check in, nice bar and fantastic staff
The room was very nice, clean and tidy and comfortable. The hotel was very convenient for where we needed to be. Nice little extras like drinks and biscuits that other stays don't give you, not many supply hot chocolate.
Breakfast was great and again i must mention the staff because everyone of them were fantastic.

Very average. The place is falling to pieces. Part of wall socket fell off, fridge was even warmer than the room which was saying something. Full wall of glass which couldn't be opened at any point. Had to keep curtains closed for 3 full days. Bed was comfy. Handy location for shopping area.

The hotel was very clean, modern and conveniently located by the Arndale Shopping centre. It makes all the difference that the staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Clean and comfortable hotel with bar and restaurant facilities. We had drinks, evening meals and breakfast in the hotel and it was excellent. The room was adequate and clean. It was looking a bit worn in places, and the mirrored door on the wardrobe was cracked. It did not affect our stay but was noticable.

The room had issue with bathroom, broken safe, USA receptacle didn't work, phone connection was not working, and tv constantly reset on its own, and the room was dark. I'm typically not picky, but these aren't things that I expect from Crown Plaza. Now the staff handled it, called maintenance and did everything to fix issue, but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place.

The facade is a bit rundown - the lobby is dated and doesn’t look appealing as it looks on the pictures. For a 5-star hotel - there isn’t a minibar in the room - no waters - nothing.
They allow the guests to smoke / vape right in front of the doors - like right outside - which takes away the “5 star appeal” that they say they are.
Guests stand outside the door with coffee in hand and cigarette in the other - so tacky! Not a 5 star - more like a 3 or 4 star!

Bed was really poor. Half of one side was defective and caused one of us to slide. Couldn’t have just happened and therefore must have been a known issue. Interrupted whole night sleep.

For what is pitched as a 4 star hotel, it was a little shabby. Lifts looked ages and dirty and the carpets leading up to the room are threadbare, stains on net curtain in room and the abundance of black paint across the hotel and room looked unclean and needs touching up. The breakfast process wasn't explained on check in either. Staff were warm and welcoming. Cleanliness and issue here and I don't see how it's putting g out a 4 start rating.
