I was in a single room and the room above myself the occupants did for over an hour in the evening slam doors, lift up and drop beds (I am guessing) back down on to the floor, and literally made as much noice as possible for over an hour I knocked at the rooms on either side of me and asked what they thought about the noice and I then went to reception and reception immediately addressed my concerns and the noise stopped within 10 minutes and was great the rest of night and morning.. Thank you management for that.

The very basic standard double room wasnt worth the money we paid.the rooms not nice enough and the shower is far to small.i couldnt step aside to wash myself.The hotel needs redecorated. It would look alote better.The best part was the buffet breakfast. It was wonderful.

The staff are nice. They do try their best but they should be more presentable when dealing with the public. Not wearing a grubby looking shirt and stinking of BO!!

Stayed at this hotel for the Rebellion Festival. Hotel was clean and easy walking distance to Blackpool Winter Gardens. Typically got back late and got up late which was not a problem. Room was clean on arrival and kept tidy every day. Bed was surprisingly comfy as well.

Cannot fault the hotel at all, due to United utilities works near the hotel we had no hot water for a couple of days and for our inconvenience we were given the use of another room for showering and a partial refund of our stay as well as free evening meals, which we declined. So they went out of their way to apologise for something that wasn't their fault. The room was ample for our requirements and the buffet breakfast was fantastic with plenty to choose from. Any staff we had an interaction with were very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much I have just booked for the same time next year.

Tiny rooms

Worst hotel experience ever!!! Im disabled but we were put on third floor (lift available to 3rd floor but no chance of getting out in emergency😡). Plus extra stairs req to get to bedroom, builders working left rubbish on stairs = empty pop bottles, zip ties and general debris - trip hazard. Carpets held together with gaffer tape, a definate trip hazard. Water found running through ceiling which I reported and buckets in bar catching water dripping from ceiling - yet another trip hazard. Room was very claustrophobic, no fresh air at all even with window left wide open. Water constantly dripping outside our room all day and all night, with window open this was very annoying and disturbed sleep. Ants found in bedroom and also in dining room on table. Dirty plates, cups and cutlery found in restaurant. Food not always available as advertised, but found food tastier and alot cheaper elsewhere. Coach blocking disabled exit making it difficult to get out, with cones, crates etc blocking the way. Some totally unprofessional staff which was a pity as certain members of staff were very pleasant.

Very pleased wirh my two night stay , my Room o.n 3rd floor was very quiet , nice tv to operate facilities excellent, was very pleaed only slight downside was lift wasnt very good only 1 lift for 4 floors , but i am.able to use the stairs

Room was nice however being on first floor the music from the bar was incredibly loud until 12am- not great when you have a 10 year old who just wants to go to sleep. We stopped for 2 nights and was the same both nights. Also not great was having to parade through cigarette smoke to enter/exit the hotel. One of the beds was incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable and would have benefitted from a new mattress.

Entertainment was good. Breakfast good. Comfy bed. Additional parking charge not good. Room was small and dated. Leak from upstairs shower into our bathroom was reported but not fixed.

Lovely hotel staff very friendly and entertainment every evening. Room spotless . They could do with new mattresses in the rooms. Spoke to several guests who complained about the beds. I personally suffer from osteoporosis so need a decent mattress to lie on had to get not 1 but 2 mattress toppers from the lovely girl who was cleaning our room

Room although a bit small for three people was clean and well equipped. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Carpets along the corridors were uneven, patched up, very dirty looking, old and to be honest dangerous, need replacing as a matter of urgency. All areas apart from reception and bar need a thorough clean and refurbishment. Despite this, we had a very enjoyable break,

Lovely stay in a comfortable clean hotel Entertainment was brilliant

Stayed in room 110, tripl sea view with B&B. Come to Tiffanys every year and never disappointed. The staff are always so polite with both myself and my child. The breakfast suits anyone with full english, cereal, fruit and even a pancake machine which my 5 year thought was brill! This was my favourite room to date with the bed facing a very large window overlooking the sea.

Good hotel

Hotel is located close to town, beach, promenade and many attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was good, they have a wide selection on the hot buffet and staff ensured everything was topped up quickly. Front desk.. were friendly and try to accommodate your needs. Sadly the hotel is a little dated, carpets are tired and patched with duct tape, mattress are not comfortable, shower leaked and the floor flexed in the bathroom. Very strange sloping staircase.

Loved how it looks at night. Entertainment was great. Although the drinks at the bar were extortionate. Room was lovely. One of the nicest we've stayed in, although the mattress on the single bed was a bit lumpy. Just a small thing, no decaff coffee or tea or hot chocolate for bedtime, but thats a personal preference. Overall, very good. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time.

On arrival, the receptionist was lovely, we checked in. We were on the 3rd floor and was told the lift was broken. We got all the way up to the 3rd floor with our cases, to realise that we had come up the wrong flight of stairs for the room that we had (receptionist hadn’t informed us about the other flight of stairs). Landing/hallway leading to room stunk of vomit. Room was OK, bed uncomfortable. Next morning, shower was running cold, no hot water. Went down for breakfast at 9.15am, counted 4/5 staff, however all clearing tables and not one person stocking up the breakfast buffet. Stood for 10 mins with queue behind me waiting for any form of hot food to be put onto buffet, it was completely empty with no sign of kitchen staff topping it up, no staff acknowledging us stood there so had to ask if more food was coming. Had to ask for bowls, teaspoons, plate for toast, and clean cup for hot drink, as none of those were topped up either. For how many staff were on that morning, there’s no excuse for this, the buffet should be priority, not tables. Appalling service and for this reason I will not return. Was informed at reception that due to booking through hotels.com they would not be able to give me a refund, as it would have to come through hotels.com themselves.

Great room very clean. Powerful shower and a lovely comfy bed.

Shower head been duper glued on and it came of in my hand so couldn't have a proper shower

Overall it was ok don't think you should pay for parking lifts weren't working needs a lot of work done
