I stayed here and experienced nothing short of a sleepless night. The room opposite were incredibly loud and though this is not at fault of the hotel, I had to get dressed at 3am and go to reception. Police were called a while after.

Very welcoming. Friendly staff. Nice room with dated but functional bathroom. Very well priced. Room much too hot and no control over it from the room. Have to ask reception.

We didn't know much about the Campanile before we arrived, but they accepted dogs and we were visiting Northampton with our cockapoo. the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The room was quiet, and clean ,the bed comfortable and the shower - probably the best I have ever used in any hotel. We shall stay here again when visiting family, it was great value for money.

Terrible hotel. Checked in for two days. 2nd day I complained of the air conditioning which was not working around 11pm, the geezer at the reception tried to fix it but couldn't. I told him not to worry since I will be leaving in the morning. Few hrs later while sleeping, I noticed something crawling on my body, switched on the light, it was a massive spider.
I went to the reception and the dude at the reception blatantly told me the hotel is fully booked for the night. That, I should check out or sleep in the room like that. I told him no way I am sleeping in that room again, they moved me to a disabled room, which I did not enjoy cos it had cobwebs too. The dude at the reception was rude.
Twice I have used this hotel, twice it ended in disappointment. I will not recommend.

On arrival the carpark was very busy but a member of staff came out to assist people parking,
Once entering the hotel we were greatest by a lovely young lady who booked us all in very quickly and guided us to the lift.
The rooms are very basic but functional and since we were only using it as a place to sleep this was ok
Unfortunately there would appear to have been some kind of function on at the hotel so it was very busy and noisy but this quieten down by the time we had returned from a meal we had planned

Awful, mold , bathroom flooded and water run in the main room. Hole around smoke alarm could see electrical wires. Dury manager put in a complaint and she spoke to her manager that agreed i would have full refund but haven't received a email to confirm this yet. Duty manager took photos and sent to her manager.

The. Mattress was springs bulging into my back when tools reception I was told they would put a topper on the mattress when we arrived in the evening it hadn’t been done

We stayed with 2 dogs as the hotel is pet friendly. The staff are lovely and helpful. The beds are super size and very compfy. The shower is perfect. There is nothing to complain about.

Floor in shower was very cracked and aerial for bbc was not good but everything else was fine. Used the restaurant and the starter that i had was excellent.

Paper thin walls in rooms. Loads of noise most of the night (till 2am at least) in corridors and adjacent rooms. Basically felt like student halls of residence. Room not tidied properly on arrival (empty water bottle left on shelf) and generally a classic case of “you get what you pay for”, I suppose.

This hotel was booked to break up a long drive. It was good value for money, very clean with professional and welcoming staff. We arrived late and left early and there were staff available and nothing was too much trouble.
My only criticism (and I'm clutching at straws here!) was that the floorboards are creaky so I was worried about waking people on the floor below us as we were up early to leave.
The room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. For the price it was excellent value for money and I would confidently book this again.
Travelling on my own with my son I felt safe here and it was really convenient for the motorway without being noisy. Great hotel.

The room smelt of sewage as if the drains had backed up, the aircon in the room couldn’t be altered so had to have the window open as the room got

The staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel room needed a repaint and was quite tired in places (the loo seat had seen better days!) but it was clean and comfortable. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room and they only provide one towel per person (though there were two bath towels in the twin room I stayed in). I would at least expect a hand towel per person, and I’ve never been to a hotel where this isn’t provided before. From checking other reviews after my stay this is a standard procedure but one that needs to be changed in my opinion.

The stay was pleasant, the site clean and staff were friendly. The only let down was an uncomfortable night sleep on which was clearly a well used old mattress which was bumpy with hard uneven springs pushing through.
