The parking process is too cumbersome. I had an issue with the staff in Ruth Crisp Steakhouse. I had to go to the bathroom and inform staff members that I had to go and would return to finish my meal. When I returned, my meal was gone. They brought me a new meal with minimum hassle, however the bartender/server continued to blame me for the incident and treated me with suspicion at my next meal.

it was a 5 star hotel without being an actual 5 star hotel. they were great. the rooms were spacious and clean, the food was delicious, the pool was clean, and the staff catered to every need. i have no complaints about the embassy by hilton in kennesaw.

It has gotten worse every single time I stay there!! I will not be staying there ever again! I was up moving from room to Room until 3 AM at least the night that I checked in because of filth or either air condition wasn’t working or some other condition that should have been handled before I got there!!

The receptionist had her ear piece in taking a private call while checking me in! She constantly stated how she was ready to go home. She did not let us know any information about the hotel such as the drink passes, check out time, pool times nor breakfast information.

Overall good stay . The complimentary breakfast staff that worked the floor attitude could be better. One young lady complained the entire morning on yesterday 8-3-24. The other young lady was pleasant but half cleaned behind the guest and brought me a dirty high chair. The hallway 8-3-24 was loud due to kids playing. However over all was pleasant. Please be advised you will have to pay to park Daily.

Lobby Under Construction. Bar was dirty and floor was unkept during reception hours. Bartender stated the morning breakfast crew left the food crumbs on the bar and the floor. Hadn’t been swept. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. The front desk reservation staff were awesome and accommodating. Pool and gym were nice. We have had nice experiences with Embassy Suites, but would not recommend this location.

My son and I got there only to find the place under construction and which, ok, that’s fine. But then told water would be shut off fr 10-3 the following day. To top things off bedroom tv wasnt working so we had to move all our belongings (after we were settled in) to a different room & floor. That room had similar issues with tv. So we moved again. The toilet was running all night so needed someone to fix that and the curtain. Now this is all ok and chalked up the way it goes. My poor rating comes in for 2 reasons: 1) i asked for a knife to slice fruit at the front desk only to be told to go look for it in the dining room “we dont have that here”. Hmmm. Far be it for her to walk me over where to even ask. I went to the dining room and nobody in sight. Went back now feeling dismissed and asked “do you think you can call somebody?” Only to be met with “are you ok?”. Yes “are you?”. What is that? Very condescending. She finally called a person who promptly brought it to me. Why couldn’t she do this in the first place??!? 2) was told i had a discounted rate but when i checked out it was regular. They offered but didnt deliver. Not good svc at the front desk. Not everyone was this way but a couple were. I am one not to lv poor reviews only positive but i was disappointed by the attitude of the woman at the desk. She was RUDE. Then to be told i would have some $ off the bill (offered by them) and not. Wont be coming back.

This hotel is under construction. Difficult entrance. Selected rooms lost water in the morning and a jackhammer was used at 9:00 in the morning directly above our room. Terrible experience!

The room was ok not great like my last stay. My mom said her bed wasn’t comfortable at all and my sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all. It had debris all over when I opened it up I took pictures because it looks like bugs. I showed the front desk clerk the next morning when I was checking out she apologized and said I could email her manager the pictures.

Very disappointed. We were traveling with a family of 5. We booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out sofa. We were given a king bed and pull out sofa. They blamed a nation wide outage. Because we booked through hotels.com the hotel would not adjust the price or anything. All hotels.com did was give us a $25 credit. My son had to sleep on couch cushions in the floor. Not happy.

My Room Was Not Clean

Room was not what we booked and they charged me when it was supposed to charge us when we checked in.

Beware, this property does not honor 3rd party reservations. They will give persons who book with them directly before you regardless if you made reservations. Total disappointment, disrespect and unprofessional. I will never stay at this location again! This probably doesn’t matter to some but customer service and respect go a long way with me. If you don’t value me then you don’t deserve my money!

I have stayed here before and was happy to return. This time around was not as great. I love the room size and options. However, the door in the bathroom was falling off the hinge, the curtain rod was broken which wasn’t a big hassle but the room phone didn’t work. The biggest headache was that the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect so I couldn’t use other devices to stream movies/shows. On top of all that, my view was the topside of the porte cochere. The happy hour was a great touch and Ebony, the bartender, was awesome! I would give her a 10/10.

My stay amazing. This hotel is conveniently located near all of the good food spots.

Great location

The hotel was undergoing renovations so my kids were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open but the hotel was beautiful, clean and the renovation was not invasive. I didn’t notice any dust which is important because my mom has asthma. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and renovations will be completed before the end of summer
