Great property! Fantastic location and rooms were clean and spacious. Staff is also amazing here - they are not only very helpful but so kind - my mom has dietary/health restrictions so she wanted to heat up her own food and they were so accommodating. It was very appreciated! The breakfast here is also amazing so highly recommend :)

This is a little gem of a hotel in a quiet lane, very close to everything. We did find the people working in our building to be quite loud early in the morning. Also, passers by in the alley late at night were loud too. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. The beds are comfortable lots of space.

Everything was great! Except our room was in the building next door and you had to unlock the lock all of these: the front door to get in, the next door going up to the room, then the door to the room. Room door did not lock on its own. Key was needed to lock it from the inside. There are only two room in that building. Rooms in the main hotel next probably are not like that.

Tucked in side road, QUIET! Repairs on street immediately outside, not in control of hotel. Loved the hand-drawn map, but needed more clear landmarks such as street names in immediate area. Coffee during week was cold and bad-not expected in Italy, however, we were in dining room the last hour of breakfast. Very helpful staff. Easy access from train station.

Really nice property easy to find and close to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast also. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants. I would stay here again if in the area.

Very much in the old part of Lucca, near the important sites, however quiet as it is in a narrow alley. The room was small but comfortable, though may not suit those who are claustrophobic. The staff are very nice. You might hear Claudia doing a Whitney Houston impersonation. We were cordially invited to a coffee when we were leaving.
