Solicité una factura con los datos fiscales durante mi estancia y por correo posteriormente y no la he recibido casi un mes más tarde.

Restaurante e café da manhã mto fraco pelo preço do hotel.

Todos atendentes muito prestativos, as camareiras muito solicitas, e o pessoal do café da manhã tbm. Café variado e de ótima qualidade. Tudo bem fresquinho. Banheiro bom e roupa de cama boa tb.

O ar não estava funcionando muito bem, e o barulho que entra nos quartos vindo dos aviões durante a noite e madrugada. Talvez janelas mais isolantes ajudariam. De restante tdo otimo!!

Location is perfect.

The cleaning girls were TOO noisy at 7~7:30am while we were sleeping yet. They were hitting things back and forth outside our room and we felt it very annoying.

O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, quando entrei o apartamento estava com um odor de fechado vários dias sem sol, papel de parede rachado, além de não ter toalha de banho, tive que pedir…também não havia Netflix

old building, old room and poor breakfast

Location, next to my office . Updated the hairdryer and had a Nespresso machine for the 1st time in all I stayed there.

Room outdated and noisy (tried many and none are sound proofed you can hear absolutely everything from the corridor and rooms around). Very few and terrible quality of toiletries which are critical when just traveling for work with a carry on (can’t bring my personal choices).

Friendly staff in the restaurant, good playlist, spacious rooms, good location close to Faria Lima

So many things. The drain system does not work very well so there is a smell and also the drain in the bathroom brings back soap that goes down the drain in the shower. Breakfast is terrible. You ask for something and never get it they make no exceptions to make you feel more comfortable or welcome. Beds are not done well, soap and shampoo not refilled for days.

Superou as expectativas, voltaria a me hospedar.

location, right next to my office plus now they have modern good hairdryers (used to have ancient ones on the wall)

extremely noisy room could not sleep the 3 nights I was there for work. rooms are very outdated and toiletries are terrible - feels like using dishwasher, no body lotion nor hand soap etc and when traveling for work with just a carry on these are critical. also towell quality is bad and no room service after 10 pm nor kiosk so had no dinner but peanuts upon arrival.
