Great property, very professional and friendly staff, modern rooms in the center of Florence, which is something difficult to find for the most part.

We had one of the smaller rooms, which was quite small but had a large, comfortable bed. Spacious shower. Great location.

Tornabuoni Suites rooms were very nice. We stayed two notes in a superior dbl room and one note in a junior suite. The junior suite was most spacious and the bed was a California king. The room felt very opulent. The rooms condition was quite up to date and modern and the location was outstanding. Walkable everywhere in a few mins. Shops right outside the front door even !!

This was a wonderful experience. We were greeted by a warm welcoming staff. The room was perfectly appointed and the decor was clean and modern but in a softer sense consistent with the surrounding historic building. Nicely quiet in this busy area. A perfect place from which to experience and explore Firenze.

This hotel is so cute. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Location is excellent. You can literally walk everywhere. This is not your typical hotel but I really loved staying with them. Would definitely recommend and would definitely be staying here on my next trip. Owners where sooo friendly.

The best out of this property is the location. The room was spacious with good quality mattress, beddings and sofa. The only thing that we we wish we have in the room was a good size carpet. It will definitely completed the look of the room.

Excellent location Spacious room. Ariane was very welcoming and accomodating Only minor comment was that when the room was vacated for a while , we would return to a slight sewer smell that we determined was coming from open sinks etc We simply plugged and and filled the sinks and bidet with water and that seemed to correct the situation It is not uncommon in hotels in Italy We have encountered and figured out the remedy over time However. An excellent hotel

Took the worst and coldest shower of my life. Water kept shooting cold then hot, no water pressure. Huge water heater in bathroom. Front desk didn’t seem to care.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The only negative were the mosquitoes in the room. All windows in our room were closed but we’re finding mosquitoes in the room and elevator.

The room was large and beautiful. Great bathroom with enormous double shower. Fantastic location -- easy walk to the train station, the Duomo, the Bargello, the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio. Surrounded by great high end shopping if that's your thing: Hermes, Prada, Ferragamo, etc. The desk attendants were helpful and friendly. The immediate area was a bit quieter and more relaxed than some of the very touristy areas (such as the Duomo.) I would highly recommend this if you want to be in the middle of the historic district of Florence.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find. It is located between Gucci and Prada stores. Everything else about the hotel was amazing. The location is fantastic, the staff was very helpful and our suite was amazing.

Stayed in suite, pullout sofa was very nice, new, god mattress on it. Other bed comfortable. Bathroom good size. Great views, close to Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Nice upscale neighborhood. Reception is not 24 hours, but the stayed late for us. Held luggage. Coffee maker. The property has a really nice terrace with views, we got a takeout meal and enjoyed it there one night. Highly recommend. Would stay again. There is elevator to 5h floor reception. Stairs to higher floors only. So one or two flights. They helped with bags. Quiet setting.

We had a phenomenal 5 day stay in the luxurious Alamanni Suite! This was more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Extremely spacious with a small kitchenette that had everything we needed. Beautifully furnished with a comfortable living room. Bathroom was roomy with a large shower that had a rainfall shower head, and a double vanity sink. Bath towel warmer was a nice touch! Alessandra was friendly and accommodating, and we had a smooth check in process! The surrounding area is perfect - you’re right in the heart of Florence with fabulous restaurants and shopping just a few steps away, and only two blocks from the Tiber river. 5min walk to Maria Santa Novella. Only thing to upgrade would be the pillows, as they were extremely flat.

This is a beautiful property located in a beautiful part of the city close to almost all Florence has to offer. Our stay happened to coincide with a three days of 100 heatwave that pretty much kept us inside the suite all day. That was the downside. The upside was our suite was very clean, furnished with very tasteful furniture and appliances. We are very thankful for receiving helpful communication before and during our stay. I am sure you'll enjoy this property as much as we did. Next time we go to Florence we'll plan to stay here but next time it'll be in the Spring or the Fall.

Loved my stay here, great spacious rooms and really comfortable. Alessandra was super helpful and would stay again! Worth the cost for the location and easy access to everything.
