Overall great service! This hotel is clean and close to the airport. We stayed one night and arrived late but we did find a great family owned restaurant 2 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom could use a facelift.

Airport transfer was easy no need to book from The airport to the hotel, they will give you instructions on how to find the shuttle if you email them. They arranged a taxi for me early in the a.m. since I had to be at the airport 4:00 a.m. staff was very helpful. The room was very clean, cute, comfortable and quiet. Was perfect for the discount I got on this site and I'm glad I didn't sit at the airport all night.

It was great to have a place close to the airport and this hotel was close to an adorable area along the river with lots of restaurants. We felt safe walking around at night. The hotel is older and could use some remodeling but it really had everything we needed for a quick stay. We appreciated the espresso machine at breakfast and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon exiting baggage claim, I found that the taxi line to Rome was two hours. I was so lucky that I picked a hotel near the FCO airport! I arrived very late to the hotel, the staff was so helpful both upon my arrival and that next day when I had a few hours to kill before my flight. The staff was incredibly helpful

Hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing. Our room was cozy but nice for an overnight- family of 4 adults with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Bathroom was spacious. The area surrounding the hotel wasn’t the nicest and it was a hike to a not so clean beach. Breakfast buffet was lovely continental.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. I needed a shuttle for an early flight and the man at the front desk got me acheduled in immediately.
My flight was too early for the breakfast buffet, but the front desk had a boxed breakfast ready for me.
The room was very clean and the bathroom was well designed (in Europe, a lot of toilets are shoved in the corner for some reason. This one wasn't).
My only gripe is that the air conditioning is not strong and the fridge doesnt get cold. However, I understand because of the insane energy costs in Italy.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The decor accentuates the hotel and there are some really good dining options within walking distance that are open late.

I loved staying here. The front desk staff was so gracious and helpful. The airport shuttle was timely and very reasonable. Right nearby was the canal where the fishing boats come in and the restaurant and seafood options were wonderful. Had a great seafood meal with lovely wine and music.

My bathroom was so strong with odour of bleach it was disgusting. Also the bidet had a strong urine smell which I believe was the reason for the bleach. Otherwise my stay was ok

Donatella at front desk was amazing!!! She was full of ideas for things to do nearby and on the morning we had to catch a flight she had breakfast bar open early and also packed us take away bags for the flight.
Our door to 324 hit raised tile so was difficult to open/close and area dogs barked thru the night and what sounded like people moving furniture made for less than ideal sleeping.
