when you book a non smoking room and the room right next to you is outside smoking, whats the point and also staff should not be smoking by your room so you can smell it.

The property was very convenient to Flume Gorge. Clean room. We enjoyed the pool and spa, but my husband was very disappointed the sauna was not working. Breakfast was adequate & comparable to other properties.

This hotel was very clean. The beds were comfy and the breakfast at the resort was exceptional. At check in, we were given a map of various places, including restaurants nearby. This info was very helpful for those who do not know the area.

Very clean, with well kept grounds. Complimentary breakfast included sausage, eggs, and waffle station. Staf. Was very accommodating! My girlfriend surprised me by upgrading our room to a private cabin w/hot tub, and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we got there. She also arranged for us to stay an extra night. Minor complaints: on site tavern is closed, but it looks like they are renovating it. Also, no guide for the TV, so you had to just run up and down the channels. Overall, though, a great experience and we will definitely stay there again.

the location of this hotel is just few minutes drive from all trails departure. Lots of things to do around inn summer and in winter.

We stayed in a family suite that coped extremely well with the demands of my family of 6, essentially having 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely location.

Loved this stay. There were so many things to do at this hotel. Even had a jacuzzi in the room. Such a great experience!

If you have an animal, be careful. Not only does Hotels.com charge you more for bringing a pet, but the motel staff also gets you with a surprise extra fee immediately upon arrival as well. Also, remember that even if you do have a crate for the animal, you still can't leave it alone in the room by itself. This other surprise fact ruined our entire trip, because my partner and I weren't even able to visit the waterpark next door together, which was the whole point of our vacation. So, we both just ended up not going at all. Unfortunately, we'll probably stay somewhere else next time.

The property overall seems very nice but our room smelled really bad and even with the windows open we could not get the smell out.
Maybe a pet had a accident and they tried to clean it, anyways i was disappointed and did not sleep well .

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations for the price. The rooms had been recently upgraded. The morning breakfast was fine with plenty of room to sit. They have a good size property with pool, lake, playground, etc. It was better than we had thought it would be for the price.

A pleasant stay for this family of 4. The grounds are well kept. Easy check in, very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast. The game room was a hit with my teen with a pool table and air hockey. Nice outdoor space that is well lit with corn hole and tennis and volley ball nets. There is also a lovely friendly neighborhood cat who wanders through. Peaceful though busy spot with easy access to the Notch and area sites and tons of restaurants.

This place was a perfect spot away from the busy downtown area, but close enough that it was not an inconvenience. The room was clean and private, where we couldn’t hear any noises beyond our room. The front desk was alway friendly and answered all of our questions. Would definitely go back if we are in the area again.
