Had to change my room because the lights weren’t working at 11:30 at night

If you arrive at the airport and get to this hotel early, prepare to pay for an upgrade to a bigger room to get in early. They said my room would not be ready until check in after a 13 hour flight even though someone else later told me that my room was perfectly ready. I paid the $200 a night extra charge For a better room I would also highly recommend you. Tell them to remove everything in the minibar before you enter even though my wife and I went across the street to buy drinks and snacks and we didn’t touch the minibar. We got multiple charges after we left the hotel on our credit card. Make sure that when you check out you check out in person and you go over the bill in detail and if they won’t remove the minibar, make sure that you get a manager at your room at checkout to put in writing that nothing from the minibar has been taken.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in São Paulo, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and professional service provided by the staff. I stayed in the garden suite, which offered breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located near a variety of excellent restaurants, making dining out convenient and enjoyable. The concierge was incredibly helpful, providing me with a list of fantastic local lunch spots. I look forward to returning on my next visit to São Paulo!

Rip off supposed upgrade to a quiet and superior room at check-in, if not I would be by the lifts. Room key showed different room when usef at the bars or restaurant. Nice Sunday buffet lunch. Great sky bar

The large room we had (floor 18) was very nice with one important exception. The windows have poor sealing. In the evening one can hear almost everything that passes on the street. A small investment for this will make a major improvement for the quality of sleep for the guests.

Was a relaxing stay with my love. The brunch was amazing at the pool. The service was super with a very friendly aproach. We stayed for 3 nights at level 20 at the view was great over Sao Paulo city center. The breakfast was in a very nice area with a great view from the top floor (23:th level). We are very happy with the visit.

Not that amazing for what you pay. This hotel is known as amongst the best in São Paulo but it appears that they are surfing on their reputation at this point. The sofa had what appeared to be a semen stain. Not amazing attention to detail in the room. Garden view wasn’t all that. Decent breakfast but mediocre coffee. They additionally wish to charge an arm and a leg for everything. You will have to bring your own Netflix account, and it does not work well. Free wifi not fast. No sauna, massage 150 bucks. I mean... this place is really pricy and so many things could have been better for what you pay. Seems like it’s largely justified by the bellboys. Go for a regular 5 star unless someone else is paying.

Great service but in all an OK experience nothing more. Pool was quite small and looked like a pond more than a pool. Good pool service. Food at pool OK but nothing wow to it. Prices were good. Also at night We ordered burgers to our room, that were dry, too salty and not at all good for being a luxury hotel. We ate them because we were so hungry. And chefs had all the time in the world to make them great as we ate in the room. Also there was a guy with binoculars watching towards the facade of hotel and into the windows I assume. Not hotels fault but still uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok and not wow experience. In all service was super but nothing in amneties or stay gave us a wow feeling.
