Great stay, quiet, comfortable cozy room with a fireplace…which we used as it’s December & cold. Nice patio overlooks Deschutes River.
Nice breakfast with pastries made by nearby bakeries & great coffee. Definitely 💯 will stay here again.

We tried. They tried. There was no hot water. The attendant tried to reset the boiler, but the water temperature was never hot, just warm. It was not usable so we checked out within an hour of arriving.

Pine Ridge Inn is a welcoming place that impressed me from the minute I walked thru the door & talked with Ginny at the front desk. She was professional, accommodating and informative. She even came to my room with a minor issue with an alarm and took care of it. The room itself was very comfortable and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Awesome spot, great staff.

We loved Pine Ridge Inn. When we got to our room, there were two dog beds, bones, bowls and blankets set up for our furry family. The fireplace and lights were on. What a great way to enter a room after a long day of driving.

Very spacious nice new facility and good quality breakfast included and offer a reasonable price. We did 3 nights.
My only frustration is that I felt disappointed when I came back our room on our second day several hours later we had left, the room didn’t get any service and not done clean up. I do know they planning and nut forgot to cleanup our room. Next day when I asked to cleaning the room at the front office, I had to wait and felt frustration. Staff are helpful and friendly though.

After a 10 hr drive, arrived to our room with the fireplace going & jazz music playing in the background. As a VIP, we received a bottle of wine with 2 glasses. It was so relaxing & the room was beautiful. Also enjoyed our breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Just a very enjoyable place to stay. The breakfast in the morning is quite good.

We were impressed by the thoughtful touches when we checked in. There was a dog bed, dog bowls and a couple of dog treats in one of the bowls. There was also a carafe of water with two glasses and two mints on the cups. The T.V. was on and was playing relaxing spa music. The room was clean and spacious, with a lower level living room area, complete with a gas fireplace. The balcony was also surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly and courteous and quick to respond to requests we had. The complimentary continental breakfast was also enjoyable with a variety of food choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

On arrival we had been given a VIP upgrade - the room was excellent with lovely views from the 2 balconies - the bed was very comfortable & the sofa in the living area too.
Staff were very nice & helpful.
Breakfast was adequate - on the 2nd morning ran out of fruit but it was ok.
My only negative feedback is they only have one trolly to take cases to the room & it has a wonky wheel so didn’t bother when checking.
Overall was very pleased with our stay & wished we had an extra night there.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. So delighted that they had gluten free options at breakfast. Walk in the river wonderful. Close to OSU Campus making drop off easy.

I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is small and older but in a good way. It has charm with large rooms and having a fireplace was very nice. The location was good. The only thing that could have been better was the shower never got hot so it was like warm. I definitely would recommend this hotel
And I would stay here again for sure.

We had a large room with a patio overlooking the river. Ginny at checkin was very nice and offered suggestions for dinner and site seeing on our way out of town. Both were spot on.

I loved the patio and the walkable location. Room was super cozy as well.

Lovely accommodation and a nice touch to be offered a complimentary drink on arrival. As with many hotels in Oregon rooms are not serviced daily but this wasn't really an issue. There's no staff on duty after 8pm. An emergency number is provided but did worry about what would happen if you had a problem. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and via the river the downtown area is a pleasant walk.

We brought our well trained dog along, having checked that they were pet friendly and made arrangements. I checked all available policies through Expedia AND their website and it only stated the animal limit and fees.
However, during check inn the women at the front desk asked what I was going to do with our pup while we were out of the hotel as he is not allowed in the room alone. She asked if I was going to leave him in the car (it is too hot to safely do so), and added that it would be hard to find that they hold this policy by simply looking through their website. In fact, the pet policies do NOT state that the pets are not allowed to be left in the room.
This is not standard and is not conducive to being a “pet friendly” hotel if patrons are not able to leave their dog while going to dinner or an other activity. If we did not have family outside of town, we would have had to find somewhere else to stay or cancel our plans for the night. This policy needs to be made clear at booking.
Besides for this, we were unimpressed with our room as it had a notable unpleasant smell when we walked in and had more than 10 bugs in the bathroom at all times. Including dead ones on the counter. The air in the room did not work, which especially frustrating during wildfire season as having a cool breeze come in is not an option when the air quality is extremely dangerous due to the smoke.

Had to remind the front desk that we were VIP. Also got a call while we were at the concert saying we needed to switch rooms which did not happen because we were at a concert. Room did not have working air conditioning so we had a horrible night's sleep..

The staff here is so kind and helpful and make you feel like a special guest! The room was beautiful and even better than I expected. The views of the river were stunning and the experience here was so pleasant that I would come again! Very comfortable beds too!

Beautiful, quiet, and eminently safe for the 60 plus crowd or anyone else who appreciates those qualities in an overnite stay. Not the place for just one night as you’re passing through. Give it a few nights to enjoy Bend!

The location is pretty good and our dog-friendly room was clean, Biggest grip was the dim lighting making it hard to read, apply makeup, etc. Stained lampshades. Everything was a shade of brown. That, combined with the dim lighting, left a lot to be desired aesthetically. Lost hot water for day so we received one night's credit.

The rooms are huge, quiet, suited us perfectly for a 3 day getaway. The balcony was lovely to sit on and look at the river.

We were initially thrilled with the room — large, sofa, small dining table and little niceties. Then — we turn the air down and nothing happens. We go to the front desk and she tells us there should have been a small tower A/C but it wasn’t there. Apparently that room didn’t have the normal A/C like the other rooms. She said she could move us to a different room. Then she mentioned that there was “a problem” and there was no hot water. No hot water the next day, or the next. She tells us at 8:00 pm our last evening that she wasn’t sure why she didn’t mention it to us earlier when she saw us leave for dinner but we could go down to an athletic club that would let us take a shower. She offered us a free beverage for the inconvenience. I loved the room but the way they handled the maintenance issues was really unacceptable. I then researched previous reviews and this happened before. It was extremely unpleasant. They should have offered to cancel our reservation so we could find other accommodations with air conditioning and hot water. I just could not recommend this place until they put money into fixing major issues with the property.

We’ve been staying here on and off for a couple of years and have loved it until this time around. The room we were in needed a good cleaning, the area around the fridge inside the cabinet was super dusty, the trim in the bathroom was chipped, and due to the hot water heater going out we had two days of no hot water, one day with and we cut our trip short. I’m not sure what has happened, but for the price paid it was not up to par. On the upside, the staff are very helpful and friendly. And to be transparent, they said they’d give us 25% off our visit for the hot water problem.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great homemade free breakfast, interior is dated but okay and clean. Nice location to walk to many things. Very quiet which was nice.

Front desk service was excellent. Room spacious. But NO HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS. The room was far too expensive to have to take cold showers.

We loved chatting with Jenny. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and was a wealth of knowledge for us.

Our stay was good as a whole. A plugged drain in one room sink right when we arrived was a bit frustrating and gross. But Jenny the check in clerk was FANTASTIC!!!! When we told her about the plugged sink she tried to find a maintenance person and couldn't find one. So SHE showed up with a plunger and disinfectant and fixed it. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE??!! Of course she's from my "Boomer" generation. Go Boomers!!!. Manager please give her a raise in pay. Anyways this is a great place for all you "Benders" who love nature, exercise with all the toys you need, pets, kids. They are very accommodating and rooms are spacious. Complimentary breakfast is average. I would say the 3 star rating is accurate for this establishment

Lovely little hotel and our room had a patio which you could see the river from. The room was very spacious and it was great to have an outdoor and indoor dining table and a sofa. The decor is a little old fashioned but well maintained.
We had an issue with the hot water in our bathroom. I brought it up with the front desk a couple of days running and had to email twice as well. It was a bit frustrating that the water was lukewarm rather than hot, and on a couple of occasions the hot water ran out mid shower. It didn’t get sorted, although I was given some free drinks for the inconvenience which was appreciated.

Really like this place, second time there. Staff is fabulous and helpful. Our first floor room had a patio and river view. Second floor has a bit more of an unobstructed view on the river side.
My wife was a bit bothered by a constant sound like water draining above our room. Breakfast was a bit “carbs”. Would love more fruit or protein.

The good: The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was excellent, the room was large and the balcony provided a wonderful view of the Deschutes River and smelled of pine. The primary bed was comfortable.
The bad: The pull-out sofa was not fit to serve as a second bed. It had a very thin, springy, worn out mattress that's become a running joke among my family (two adults and two older teens). As the person who booked the room, I volunteered as tribute and spent all three nights in that bed, with my sleeping companion alternating depending upon who demanded mercy.
If you book the room for two people, no problem. You'll love it. If you try to book it for four, beware.
