This was our 6th stay at Los Lagos. We have made a yearly tradition to go in the summer. We love it.

Amazing! Service top notch! Sundeck place to stay. Must try. Jacuzzi bath was amazing and my 6'3 self fit in it.

Quiet nice area. Living area was clean and roomy for two adults and a 4 yr old.

Management was easy to work with and very punctual. Condo was clean, neat and orderly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I liked the way the lodges were aligned. I liked the pool setting and the quiet location.

We stayed in 71b Loved everything about the property except the bed was uncomfortable.

This was a great place to stay to visit areas in Hot Springs.

This is in Hot springs village about 30 minutes away from hot springs. It is a nice gated community and you are on lake DeSoto. There are walking/ running trails and a Marina on the property where there is food and water rentals. So much fun stuff to do. I highly recommend this place.

Nice place, but walls are paper thin and you can hear and feel every movement from the above unit. Management was very nice and helpful. The setting was beautiful and the pool area was very nice.

Upon arrival everything was great. You will have everything you need and the rooms were very clean. The biggest problem we had was the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the couch bed was worn out to the point where it was uncomfortable to just sit on the couch. It was torn and you could feel the springs sticking you. The rooms were too warm. It's almost like they intentionally turn the air off at certain times. My thermostat was set at 70 degrees and it was a very uncomfortable 76 degrees in the room in 90 degree weather. The air never came back on until late evening. We stayed in the 1 bedroom studio. I've stayed here before a few years ago and had no issues but now they need to do some upgrades to the mattresses on the beds and couch beds. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Aside from the air I had no reason to call them. The room was equipped with everything needed to cook with. My overall stay was good aside from the discomfort.

The rooms were beautifully kept. Great value for the money.

Property was pretty. And the staff were super nice. We just needed a weekend away. Our only complaint was that the fridg hadn't been turned on so it was a little moldy and we had no ice. But the staff were quick to clean it and fixed it up. I don't really think that is a normal problem. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

This is now our go to place to stay when visiting this area of Arkansas. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, with a large tub and a large separate shower. It also had a washer and dryer in the apartment! Great communication with the staff! If I only had a fishing pole with me, there is a lake right behind the building we stayed in. Outstanding!

The location right on the lake and hotel offers canoes and a paddle boat. Pool was a big let down as they were filling it and looked gross entire trip. Kid very disappointed. Front desk friendly and inviting. Restaurant overpriced for the quality of meals. Nothing convenient as far as groceries to utilize the condo full potential. Maybe in a few years will be a 5 star place.

Clean they’re remolding but the new bed is not that comfortable but I slept nice workers and good customer service I had to replan my trip and they didn’t even charge me a changing fee which was great cause the fee is $138.00 I enjoyed my weekend planning on going back they have everything you need for a family of 4…

Comfortable living area, nice balcony, love the oversized jetted tub & shower! I would recommend trimming the trees by the balcony so view of the lake is not blocked. Wallpaper needs a little updating. Otherwise, loved this property! Would love to come back!

Nice and secluded area near Hot Springs. Far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet yet close enough to access Hot Springs and surrounding areas easily. Property had everything we needed and more. Easy to find, clean, great staff and service all the way! We highly recommend Los Logos in Hot Springs Village! We will be staying there again our next visit!
