This is a perfect place if you don't want something new and fancy - expensive. This is a place that you can stay in comfort on the beach, all the beach equipment is provided at no cost, rooms are spacious and comfortable, kitchen is complete, unique and eclectic decor both in rooms and on buildings and in common areas. Excellent location at south end of the beach away from the busy hotels and Port Canaveral. Staff is warm and accommodating. We will return whenever we stay in Cocoa Beach.

This place is unique old Fl style. Our (most inexpensive) has a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The property is one of a kind. Great chairs, hammock's, and shade trees to watch the beach/sunrise. Also an entertaining parrot to whistle with! Close to everything.

This was the sweetest, peacefully perfect, most charming place! The view is incredible! We stated in the Jeanie and, having loved I dream of Jeanie growing up, absolutely loved it! The room had a cute electic feel wwith all the comfots of home. The manager MaryLynn was phenomenal and other staff was wonderful as well. Everything was clean, comfortable and just fabulous! We will definitely be staying again!

From the moment We arrived we were greeted with a frindly smile of Mrs.MaryLynn whom helped us get checked in. We enjoyed our time at the Beach Place Guesthouse. Our experince was truely one of a kind. The breathtaking view of the ocean and the spectacular scenery on The Beach Place Guesthouse. We will definetly stay here again.

Oh you know this place is awesome if you want to find a place that's off the beach and has a low key vibe and a super cool this is a place to rent or get for your family we saw a family that rented like four or five units and they must have had 30 people and they were on the beach fishing this is a good spot for sure all around nice people there too and the owners are awesome

This is such a beautiful, clean and comfortable place. You could sit out and listen to the waves of the ocean. What a hidden gem. Ms Lyn was so helpful and friend and made checkin so easy. Thanks for a great experience.

Very nice property on the beach with beautiful garden that gets enchanted at night . We reallly enjoyed everything they have to offer.The patio where we eat our meals overlooking the ocean. Then kitchen is well equipped to cook simple meals. The ladies at the office Marilyn and Wendy are very friendly and hospitable. My kids are really amused with the bird they have at the front office.We have been to cocoa beach before, but this time i really enjoyed our stay. We will be back Beach Place Guesthouses when we get around Orlando.

I was just in paradise

I loved this place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are what I liked the most about this place. Shady spots with rocking chairs, hammocks and loungers to sit and feel the ocean breeze and view the ocean.

The manager there was absolutely amazing everything about that stay even though it was only for one night was perfect. Thank you so much.

We stayed in Peggy’s Tree house and it was 98 degrees outside and the air conditioning was not working hardly at all! It struggled to keep the room at 85 and when Ontalled to the office they said they know the ac in that unit is not right! And yet the still rented it out and couldn’t offer us another unit to swap too that would accommodate all 5 of us! Said she couldn’t offer us any sort of credit back either so we had no choice to sweat it out for the two days

We loved staying here! The rooms are comfortable and have plenty of space for a family. It sits right on the beach so it is easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We also loved the patio space for meals. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the cottages and it was so quaint and had a Florida Keys feeling. Everything about it was wonderful from Birble the Grey Parrot at the office talking up a storm, to the ladies at the office Wendy and MaryLynn. Even Ken the maintenance man was pleasant. We stayed in the La Virginia cottage. It was decorated very nice. Stepped out close to the beach and a wonderful BBQ patio. I highly recommend this very intimate getaway.!

Everything was clean, everything we needed we had, friendly staff and a wonderful room. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

A great little surprise. We had to book last minute and found this unique little spot. Its, eclectic, artsy and fun. Explore the property and just hang out in anyone of the creative little nooks they have created. Staff is super friendly. 2 thumbs up!
