Great stay, excellent property, good sized rooms and facilities within a short walk from the Tram stop.

Beautiful bakery across the road, and small shop for essentials. Less than 5 minutes to the tram stop which takes you into the centre of Basel in roughly 15 minutes. Bed was slightly hard but the hotel is perfect for a weekend break and very clean. Lovely shower too!

This property is just over the French border but Basel tram 11 gets close. Pool was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are good size, shower stall well designed. Day Concierges were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good (cook your own real eggs).

The Brazilian receptionist was excellent, so helpful and patient with everyone.
But our room was very warm, with thick duvets. No A/C in the rooms. We were thankful for the fan.

The hotel is near the airport and the border with Switzerland. The staff is excellent, and the room is spacious. It is a pity that there is no air conditioning, but I hope they will renovate soon.

Stayed here many times as gives a reasonably priced option for Basel. Tram stop less than 5 mins walk away which takes you into central Basel in 10 mins. Hotel itself is fabulous. I’ll stay again.

Property was located within steps of the Swiss border. The neighbourhood itself was not remarkable, but the room was very good for the price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

we are waiting for our luggage that was missing in our trip. we wait all of our stay of that luggage. it was delivered to the hotel 2days before our trip going back home and no one inform us that our luggage was there in their office. was given to us in the time that we are leaving the hotel.

Great stay, friendly and helpful reception who helped for a smooth check-in and explained all what is necessary to know, like the breakfast time, if you have booked a breakfast, or the use of the swimming pool. Apartment studio was equiped with the oven, microwave, coffeemaker and 2 gratis coffee pod to drink. Available 6 further coffee pod to make the own coffee. Nice. Good stay.

The staff was kind and helpful. Good price-performance ratio. We liked the tiny kitchen to prepare simple meals. The surroundings of the hotel are not exciting, but therefore quiet, and the Swiss border and the tram are just a few hundred meters away.
Also, we enjoyed the Chinese restaurant nearby, the only one that is not permanently closed.
I was there with my best friend and I forgot to ask for 2 beds, so we shared the bed for two, which was ok, but not too comfortable - my fault.
Due to our seminar plans we only could use the little swimming pool once and it was refreshing.
If you are looking for luxury, you have to book somewhere else. But if you are satisfied with a clean room, asking the staff for the things you need and enjoy the freedom to come and go for a fair price, this hotel is for you.

Given the very reasonable price, our stay for 1 night was absolutely fine! Room was clean enough but quite basic. Essy check in and not far from the airport. About a 20min walk to get to the bus stop for the airport.

The room conditions were really poor and it wasn’t very clean.

A good place to stay with easy access to Basel city and friendly staff but the bathroom in our apartment was not cleaned to good standards and it wasn’t made clear that housekeeping was only done once a week and bins have to be emptied ourselves. Breakfast was very basic for €12pp per day, going to the local boulangerie is better. There isn’t much to do in the area but wold recommend for anyone visiting Basel as it’s only a 10 min tram ride to the city centre.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Basel's tram 11. Quiet spacious room equipped with fridges, microwaves and stove tops (also cutleries and cookwares), which mean you could really save a lot of money by cooking your own food. Moreover, the price for the rooms are half of that in Switzerland side. Front desk speaks fluent English and is very helpful in giving advices about where to find affordable, good value for money food. They also offer free carbonated water, lemonade and coffee on the ground floor. Finally they have in-site laundry and swimming pool, although I didn't really need it knowing I have these options available is nice.

We enjoyed our stay the reception was fantastic on giving us information. We walked into Basel and St Louis , a short distance and with great recommendations from the hotel as for where to eat or trams to use.

Wonderful stay. The property is 20m inside the French border, it’s a surreal experiment just to walk between the countries.
The tram to Basel (or 25min walk along the river) is about 100m away, and Weil Am Rhine in Germany is a easy 25 min walk.
The staff are lovely, property is clean and well maintained.
The apartment is spacious with functional kitchen. The sofa bed is quite comfortable.
Fans provided for those warm summer days. Indoor pool and laundry is a added bonus.

Booked the larger room and it was very spacious. Nice to have the kitchen facilities also.
The room looked a litter tired compared to others rooms we had during pre-covid visits. The room had a slight smell, think it was due to the lack of use. But other than that we had a plenent stay. Staff, as always, are friendly, helpful and polite. We will be back.

Everything is perfect and It is also near Basel and could also go to Basel every day by bus or S-Bahn

1. 7 days and have only 2 small toilet paper rolls
2. The bed was too soft and make back pain
3. The temperature was too hot, we did not sleep well as we had to keep the windows opened all the time

5. The location is perfect at just 50m walking distance to the border and the bus stop just in front of the hotel
I suggest the hotel service to improve their interaction with their customers in-house, for example just make some calls (first at the arrival and eventually after few days), to get to know : “how is your stay with us?”, it will help.
