The room was very hot. The bathroom was nice the Bothell staff was super nice. They do have maple trees so watch where you park.

Really enjoyed our stay! Very clean! Ordered takeout from the Japanese restaurant downstairs and they call your room when the order is ready. Sushi was excellent! Also appreciated the coffee maker and tea in the room that morning. And express checkout and free parking. Will be back again soon!

It’s my 5th time to stay and it is absolutely best choice to stay anytime in LA. Clean and comfort bed and good location with quiet neighborhood.

A/C was horrible!! Did not work even on the lowest setting. Hotel should focus more on functionality instead of just Aesthetics. Paid $200 to try to sleep like I was in the desert!! Freaking ridiculous!! When I told the front desk that I didn't enjoy my stay, the lady guessed correctly that the A/C wasn't wiring properly... imagine that!! NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LOVE HEAT!!

Room was hot that we were unable to fall asleep and even though maintenance came to reset it twice, the issue was not resolved. They brought us a fan as their solution. Sliding door latch was broken and they were able to fix it. Didn’t want to leave our room without that issue being fixed as someone could enter our room. Remote for the tv needed a new battery, they provided a new battery. The following issues were not reported because I could live with it and night person who answered our call was rude and hung up on us when we called a second time to report that the AC was still not working. I didn’t want to encounter another negative experience. - Reading lamp was not working. - The toilet paper holder seemed to be repaired using hot glue and it was barely hanging on. Had to carefully hold the roll holder while taking the toilet tissue. - The towel rack easily popped out and needed to be put back on every time I removed my towel. - coffee and tea were not refilled on the final day of our stay. The hotel location was excellent, safe and clean. The room was dated but still okay if everything worked properly. The self parking was readily available. Some staff had excellent customer service and greeted guests wonderfully and provided an atmosphere that we expected from the Miyako brand, like the young gentleman that helped us bring our luggage to the room and the housekeepers. The front desk was not as I would expect and did not have basic customer service skills.

Clean rooms, helpful and polite staff. All in all I love the decor and the stay, definitely recommend.

Enjoyed my stay for sure. The window next to the 2nd bed that looks into the shower and tub is a little weird though. I can understand in a king bed room but typically if you book a double it means you don’t want to share a bed with someone so you probably don’t want them to potentially see you taking a shower. The window covering was also on the bed side of the window so the person in the shower cannot control whether it is up or down. Trust who you are staying with I guess cuz you can see through the to toilet too if it’s up. The bidet was nice as was the seat temp selection. Loved the shower too. One of the best I’ve had in a hotel.

Checked into hotel 9/5/24. Heatwave in Los Angeles. Hotel room air conditioning started. Came back 2 hours later room warm and air conditioning not working. Called front desk and they said engineer would fix it. Requested a new room and told they were sold out. About an hour later it was working. Weak all night and warm in room. Went out next day. Returned to warm room and air conditioning not working. Called front desk and requested a new room. Said they were sold out and engineer would fix by midnight. It was 8pm. Midnight came and no air. Had to sleep in hot room all night. Couldn’t open windows because the chiller was outside our window and very loud. Next morning called front desk about 730am to request a new room. Told they would check on it. Meanwhile I chatted with a live agent on hotels.com app who called the front desk and requested a refund way entire stay. Front desk told agent they were working on finding us a room while my husband was standing in front of him. They eventually moved us to a suite on the third night with working air conditioning but it took 2 hot nights and an agent requesting a full refund to get us moved to another room with air conditioning during a heatwave. We wil never stay at this hotel again. I requested a refund for my miserable first two nights and haven’t received it.
