Great property, great central location

A well appointed apartment with garaged parking. Close access to eateries and shopping. Perfect base for a weekend.

Love the Vic, good for travel - great location.

Acceptable and clean. Rooms are quite small.

Concerning that the balcony was deemed unsafe to use. There was also damage to bathroom door that had not been repaired. The bathroom door was sticking and difficult to use. Otherwise the apartment was very pleasant.

Great Stay

Two pluses. The water was very hot and the bed comfortable although the sheets were far too big for the bed. The whole unit needed a deep clean and maintenance on the unit needs to be addressed. We had stayed there before about 12 years ago and were shocked at the condition now. The sunshine coming into the unit was magnificent in the mornings and we really enjoyed that.

All good except for noisy aircon unit immediately outside bedroom window. It kicked in frequently through the night thanks to the people staying in the unit above. Sleepless night the result.

Beautiful stay. I was able to extend it another 4 days with no issue.

The wifi was not working during our stay while as we just had one night we didn’t complain about it. And the reception was quite busy so I had to wait there about 15 minutes for checking in.

Good location

I have stayed at this property regularly for work for many years. It needs an update with painting etc, Also the last 2 years the cleanliness is very poor.

The layout is great for families, we had a nice view and though it was a busy week we hardly heard any other guests. On the downside the apartment was not clean when we arrived, and wi-fi wasn't working.

Overpriced, bare bones, terrible process. Just a subpar experience on all fronts.

Clean and tidy. Convenient

It was disappointing stay at the Victoria Apartments, unfortunately. We did not receive, what we booked. What we got was a "shoe box" sized room - Very small. And for the price that was payed too was outrageous. We found upon arrival, that the toilet was not cleaned as there were still feace stains on the toilet bowl. The shower door didnt close/seal when used and water leaked out, flooding the bathroom floor. The kitchen bench had not been wiped clean as there were coffee spills on it still from the people prior. The blinds were all torn at the bottom. It was also a very noisy room as you could hear everything the people were doing up stairs above us in the 2 bedroom apartment (that we thought we were getting/booked). This included them talking and using the bathroom and them coming and going up the stairs.

Great location for a stay in Port Fairy. Walking distance of most things.

Most restaurants only open Wednesday until Sunday so dining options limited. Maybe better in peak season

We have stayed here before but in a bigger apartment. The one bedroom is very tight with no washing facilities available onsite. Our first room wasn’t clean but the staff, very helpfully, moved us to another that was. They were more than obliging and very apologetic for our problems. We would stay there again but in the bigger one, as the complex is in a very handy spot.

Port Fairy is an awesome place to visit and the Victoria apartments are a great place to stay while in Pt Fairy!

Loved the top story, verandah & the living area table & beautiful leather couches, garage paking good & accessible. What let the apartment down was the dead blow flies on the window seals in bedroom/lounge room, multiple hair in the bathroom (not ours) behind the bin/door etc. They had 2 beautiful tan leather couch's in the loungeroom but all the pillow covers had multiple holes in them which was a bit tacky, but all in all had everthing we needed including washer/dryer lots of crockery/utensils & very comfortable settings & very central. Would still stay there again apart from the negatives suggested.

I stay in the Drill Cottage, one of the oldest buildings i think. The beds are old. There is always some noise from the bed whenever you move your body in the bed. The room is pretty clean. Kitchenware, washing machine, laundry dryer and the cleaning utensils, dish washer are in good condition. The area around is noisy as the cottage sits right in front of the road side

On a old morning you need a hot shower after one shower water cold did not chance 2ndday
