A great location to just re-set. I enjoyed my stay at Prime Hotel and plan to return again. I live in Palm Beach County, and it felt like I was a world away. Grateful for the privacy and modern beauty of this hotel, not to mention the amazing cuisine all around.

Amazing stay. Nice area and relatively quiet for Miami standards. The cookies they give at welcome are great! Highly recommend staying here. It is very boutique, small hotel feel. The only thing I didn’t like was the tv. Too old school and not many smart features, but it’s ok if you don’t plan staying too long inside.

I never stayed! I was only charged. I called, called and called. I tried to cancel no one answered. So im being charged for a place i never even saw. Im more disappointed that you cant get in touch with a person. Dont book through the 3rd party websites. Ill be fighting for my 500.00

This I was my second time booking a stay at the prime hotel. The room was clean during both stays, the overall area is quiet. The workers do an excellent job at keeping the conditions of the entire facility tidy. However, there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I really enjoyed the fruit infused water, wished it was available all day instead of the morning time only. Everything else was great. The pool is open 24/7 and it has a heating feature, that was awesome.

Great location! A very short walk to the entrrance of the beach. A very comfortable bed. An easy and fast check-in. Thank-you Andrew, for being very friendly, attentive and for the recommendations. Most of the staff lacked customer skills, not even a simple hi/hello or smile. Had trouble accessing our room at every attempt. The bar on site isn't open, unless people are dining in. The pool was extremely small. Other than that, a cool spot.

I asked to speak to the manager at check in. We stayed three nights and I never saw the manager not one time. The staff kept giving me the run around. One staff member got mad because she was eating at the desk and I asked for beach towels and she threw down her napkin like I was bothering her. I was over charged on my deposit and still haven’t received my deposit back yet. The sink drained really slow. All the spouts in the shower didn’t work either.

Very unique property. Loved the small feel and the rooftop pool area. All staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn’t love was the bathroom. Absolutely no privacy at all. You can see directly in from the room. Have see thru glass for the shower area and even the sink area would be ok but the toilet should be private.

I like that the property had a 24 hr pool and was quiet clean and great stay beautiful room however the service there is really bad didn't get ice as I requested also the staff was kinda dry and rude like because they were the extension of the prime hotel we didn't matter only the other guest did and they had dinner parties mever invited ua to have dinner there or anything

One of the best hotel in the yams definitely going back & Prime Hotel will be rebooked again. For a small hotel it’s in a remote area literally one block away from the beach & the receptionist Alejandro that guy is way beyond awesome, he deserves 100 stars alone with no exceptions. It was my first time in the yams/South Beach from NyC & he made my birthday extremely enjoyable as for the Prime Hotel another 100 stars itself. Thanks guys & see you soon. ..

First time staying at a boutique hotel! Great for a weekend on south beach. The bottom is a restaurant that is busy at night but you do not hear anything upstairs. Balcony has perfect views!

During the entire stay we did not have a room key Every time we entered the room a staff member had to unlock the door. The staff were very nice but it became onerous. We were told it was due to a software problem. We were concerned about the security of the door lock system.

When we first got there I was a little upset due to my plan having a 3 hour delay. So i aske was there anyway they could accommodate us. There was a stright no. We paid for a night that we didnt stay. Ok. I got over that then there was a situation where the room key was not working so we had to be let in our room everytime we came in. It felt like someone was keeping tabs on me. As if i were a kid. There as an issues with the shower where everytime we took a shower we had to place 3 to 4 towels down because the leak proof was not there. I can say its a great location if you dont want to be in the middle of the party. But still close. Everything was in walking distance restaurants and the beach. The people that work there were pretty cool. The room need to be updated. Overall i feel like its too expensive to have too many major problems. Would I recommend someone to stay her? Only if its your next last option.

Older couple from the country fearfully anticipating the South Beach environment, but not so! In fact, this sleep-challenged respondent got the best night's sleep ever in a hotel. Clean, quiet (!), and comfortable. Be sure to checkout the rooftop pool/spa. FWIW, our stay was on a Wednesday.

Nice rooftop pool for a small hotel…lots of privacy. There is no real lobby so if you have any issues it can be challenging. But we had great service with an early check and a late checkout. This is not a regular hotel more like an apartment with cleaning services.

Great location south of Fifth, one block to the beach and close to restaurants. Super quiet, we couldn’t hear anything from the restaurant below. The balconies are an added bonus. The room is spacious with a lot of shelving. The bathroom is an odd design with frosted wall, but not a downside. Just odd.
The pool area was quiet with a cool breeze. The pool was solar heated and maybe 110 degrees; like bath water. Would be a good pool for kids.
The room smelled a bit funny and I think it came from the fan. If we turned it off, and it was better. And honestly you got used to it in a few minutes. Would highly recommend for the price, location, pool, and balcony. Super nice people too.

Air wasn’t working in the room spoke to multiple people nothing was done. Asked for a manager she walked over to Prime 112 and came back and said manager wasn’t available but she’d take my name, number and email. Needless to say no one ever got back with me. I’ll never stay there again
