The priperty management was extremely helpful, but the rooms were not very clean (we are a no shoes jnside family so you quickly get a sense of how clean the floor is). There were large items in one wardrobe making it largely unusable, a lamp in 1 bedroom was broken and the beds jin that room were on unlocked castors, so when you got in and out of bed they rolled all over the place. There were no spare garbage bags to use when you took your rubbish to the large bins, no spare toilet paper.
No basic pantry items in the kitchen. The pool is nice but overlooked by lots of other apartments on 3 sides, so you have to be quiet, and the residents can watch you. If the management hadn't been so nice it would be 2 stars all the way.
We were on the main road side and it was unexpectedly quiet.
Walk across the st to a shopping centre and the train station. Good bus connections and $1 per day bus fare in Cairns.

Old apartment complex - we got put in Beaumont. But it served its purpose and was easy to walk to the marina, groceries and the Esplanade. a few strange things like the side lamps had no light bulbs in them, and the kettle leaked, and no basic cooking items like salt and pepper or oil, and no bathroom shampoo and conditioner, so the Woolworths over the road got a good workout.

The staff were very helpful, accommodating and warm. The apartment was spacious with a wonderful outdoor sitting area for morning coffees and evening dining. The apartment also had many appliances which was great eg NutriBullet for smoothies and an air fryer. There was a door handle that didn’t work properly but they fixed it as soon as it was mentioned and they appreciated being told. Overall the apartment was fantastic, the location was great and we had a wonderful family holiday.

The floors were very dirty. The furnture was torn and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not well stocked - the plastic glasses were dirty and the selection of utensils was poor.
The internet was turned off unexpectedly for a significant length of time and was a serious inconvenience.
Overall, the apartment looked very tired - morel ike a hostel than a vacation apartment.

Overall the property satisfied our needs but did not look at all like the pictures shown online on Expedia. It was somewhat older but clean.

Good, homely atmosphere. Comfortable beds, actual cot (not just a port-a-cot). Close to everything. Property Manager, Anna, very friendly and helpful.
Only issue was apartment was on the first floor, and there was only stairs, which I was not aware of, so coming up and down with the baby and pram everyday was a hard slog.

We arrived at the property on a Saturday. Office was closed. Office hours are Monday to Friday - this was never communicated to us prior. When the proprietor let us in she couldn’t find our booking, it appeared our booking had been cancelled despite it being paid for in advance. We were advised that luckily she did still have a 3 bed apartment available. The apartment was in Beaumont on Spence. We were expecting Clarendon on Spence, which appeared to be much newer and nicer in the photos. When we got into the apartment, while the bedding and bathrooms were clean the items in the kitchen (cutlery and crockery) were not and the floor was dirty.
Very disappointed with our stay.

Very nice clean townhouse, close to everything and big shopping Centre is only like a minutes walk. customer service is the best and the manager she's very friends, understanding and solves any problem in just tick. very quick and fast at responding back. its a 10/10 for me but if i could rate 100/100 i would.

We were attending a memorial service for my best friend Kaz. It was sooo good to catch up with her and her family.
Anna, the lady in charge is amazing. She really looked after us and me especially as I had a fall and she gave me all the medical products I needed to recover. I would stay at these apartments again.

Modern and clean. Hassel free check in. We booked a 2 bedroom appartment but got a 3 room. They stored our luggage free of chardge beacuse we had a late flight and check out was 10:00

Anna was very helpful and gracious. She provided beach towels for us, and was very responsive when we pointed out a flaw with the dryer ventilation. Good location. We LOVED the spacious apartment!

Overall experience was so so, the apartment was clean and large, located at good location, but there was a big hole on the mosquitos mesh that landlord didn’t notice us, there were quite a lot of mosquitos inside the apartment before we found the hole and completely close the patio sliding door.

Lovely, roomy comfortable apartment.Massive pluses were the lady on reception, who was very helpful and friendly, the size and location of the apartment, the comfy beds, and the thoughtful touches such as washing powder, milk and wine on arrival - much appreciated. Very minor niggles were the road noise when on the balcony, and a problem with the plumbing (which we should have reported but were seldom around when reception was open).Would definitely stay here again.

Apartments have plenty of room, and are fitted with large tables and comfortable couches making it a great place to relax. Shower had excellent pressure, a real point to note given most hotels' showers resemble more of a dripping tap. Would definitely recommend, and will be staying there again next time.

Immaculately clean apartment. Superb area. Didn't really have housekeeping and the king bed was really 2 twin mattress, so there was a big lump in the middle. None of this bothered me one bit. I wish I could have stayed longer. A plus.
Also note, there is no elevator. Wasn't a problem for me though
