Clean comfortable hotel convenient to restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel had a gym and pool with hot tub that was nice and clean. Breakfast was good

This is an older establishment in need of refurbishment. But, if you are on a price point near Charlotte, this hotel may fit the bill.

The property seems older. There were no USB ports in the room at all. A knob was missing off of a cabinet. There was no pen or paper at the desk in the room.
Everything could use of facelift or at least a new paint job. The tiny gym didn’t have any disposable disinfecting wipes. The pool may have been over chlorinated, the smell was very strong when you enter the lobby.
The hotel was convenient in that it was close to our family. It also is across the street from a great breakfast restaurant, Breakfastime, which we went to every morning we were there. The room had a sitting area separate from the bedroom, which was quite nice. Overall satisfactory stay for the price. Our room was fairly quiet.

Beds were very uncomfortable. There was a smell like Freon in the room. Pillows were a small throw pillow and only three for a queen bed. Needs a little updating. Had to go to a different hotel due to loss of power from hurricane. Went to Comfort Suites, which was terrible. Stay here before there.

Stayed for 2 nights, the property is showing a bit of wear and tear, maybe a remodel is planned. It wasn't bad by any imagination, but it wasn't exceptional either. The staff I had contact with were polite and helpful and the room I had was clean and tidy, but like I said it's showing its age and could do with a makeover.

Nice on the outside but don’t let it fool you. Very dated hotel. Many stains in my room, on the comforter, on the walls, mildew buildup in shower. Worst of all was the smell. I thought someone with bad body odor just stayed in my room and was going to request another but then realize it was the A/C unit. So presumably all rooms are like that. Horrible musty air it was spitting out. Borderline unbearable. Those need to be replaced asap. Breakfast was meh. No complimentary water available in lobby. Would not stay again

Enjoyed my stay it was absolutely quiet I felt like we were the only ones in the hotel until we came out for the buffet of a breakfast the kitchen staff was so friendly and helpful this lady was an Angel great hospitality. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub and I loved watching the kids play in the pool. Very nice get away I’d definitely come again.

Coming in from out of town and called to let them know that would be very late arrival. We were told that if we arrived later than 2:30 am we wouldn’t be able to check in due to computer updates for an hour or two at this time. King size bed with tiny, tiny little pillows, found it very weird. Biggest complaint for this hotel was that every morning at 8:30 am the housekeeper would knock on door and wake us up trying to do room, even though we were staying for three nights. Didn’t make sense and very disruptive to a relaxing vacation. Loved the pool however and the location was good.

Sounded like a construction site next to our room. Like pylons being hammered into ground all night. Asked at front desk in morning. They said “oh, you were next to the boiler room.” No offer to provide discount or anything. Otherwise, great property. Clean, nice bright lighting in bathroom and great breakfast and coffee bar.

I normally only stay at Hiltons. But I have stayed at Country Inn before, not this particular one. So I booked it bc the Hilton was full. Worst decision ever! The room smelled like pee. There was holes in the wall in the curtain and the door. It was very low class feeling. The people looked sketchy. The bed was so hard. I live 2 hours away, I had to talk myself out of leaving mid morning. I don't get any good sleep. The room wasn't that clean. No paper towels to dry your hands on. I'm itching just writing this review. I was up most the night bc I couldn't sleep on the hard bed. I have stayed at Country 3 a few times in the past over the years. They are normally clean and comfortable. I don't know what happened with this one. Never, ever again! You get what you pay for I guess..
