Great clean place to stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was filthy and in serious need of repair. Water damage throughout the room. The toilet was separated from the floor, the shower didn’t drain properly, stained towels and the floor was uneven and damaged. The heater was also very loud. I will never stay there again!

We had a deluxe room with a jetted tub and king bed. I had not requested this so clearly it was an upgrade that I wasn't expecting. Very nice, thank you. The room was enormous. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and had a very good meal. We were with friends and we had a great one night stay.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Even though it is beside a busy highway it was quite at night. They offer a happy hour in the bar/eatery and a great hot breakfast (included in your stay). We stayed in the upstairs suite(no elevator), large 55" TV with jetted tub and a full bathroom. Lots of space to move around and a 2 seat with table balcony off the room. All in all we would for sure stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful in anything we asked for. Everything you need is in the area. Ex. Tim's, MacDonald's, shops , gas and golf courses. You get what I mean!

Stayed here for four nights and only had one complaint. The room had a strong smell of cleaning products so the room needed to be air out in order to stay. Staff were great with a quick check in and out.

Towels were of cheap quality, dinghy and had been reused for years it appeared. Pillows were lumpy and cheap quality. The breakfast eggs were over-salted and the potatoes were highly peppered. The sausage was unrecognizable as pork sausage. Breakfast was included but was lousy. During our stay our room was never cleaned. We were told that it wouldn’t be cleaned when we checked in. I set out the trash and dirty towels and got new ones from the front desk.

However, I am still trying to resolve a mystery charge from the hotel that just shows up on my credit card.
I was told by the clerk there was no additional charge when I checked out on Sept 10. We paid the full stay months in advanced already when we booked the hotel.

Only things we liked were the quietness and free breakfast. We were given wrong room. Made us move to another room because they could not give us partail refund for down graded room. Booked rooms 6 weeks ago and asked for rooms to be close to each other. They weren't.

The motel does not have baggage service. I arrived early and asked to leave my bags in a secure place and they told me to leave it in the lobby and if it got stolen they weren’t responsible for it. We called the managers cell phone multiple times and no response.
The room we were placed in had cigarette burn holes in the blanket and stains. The bathroom had 2 spiders that looked like they were living there for a while. The brown lady was EXTREMELY RUDE but the rest of the staff was 10/10.

Had an issue with check in. The gm was useless and blamed it on the front desk agent. Even though he was in ear shot the whole time. Will not recommend that place or stay there again. The carpet in the room was all torn up. Waiting to see if i get my 2 day refund that was cancelled.
