Enjoyed the quiet and convenience of the location to the picturesque marina with some great eateries in the same locale.

This studio apartment had all the necessities. I did suggest that the couch needs to have a clean or needs a new one. I threw a blanket over it while i stayed. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants, dolphins in the marina, if you can catch them playing or feeding. I was alone & felt very safe walking around. I really love staying at the Dolphin Quays Apartments. Security parking too.

Lovely well equipped apartments with beautiful water views. Staff are very helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Fairly quiet. I would recommend requesting a second floor room to reduce noise from apartments above you. There is only one lift near one end of the apartments so if you cant do stairs then request an apartment closer to the lift. Great stay. Will definitely return.

Perfect property by swan river. Amenities are good less the hair dryer short circuited on 2nd day but it was one of those days. Staffs have excellent customer services. Will definitely recommend.

Despite the inclement weather we experienced during our stay, it was comfortable ticked all the boxes for us. Being close to restaurants was great too.

This was our second visit to Dolphin Quay, and it didn’t disappoint! The location is amazing and the apartment is fully equipped with everything we could want. We hardly use our car when we stay here as everything is within easy walking distance. We even walked a few minutes to the cinema yesterday, just before heading back to the local marina for an early dinner. Relaxing, home away from home, luxury and comfort rolled into one. Will be back again! Big thanks to the team for hosting such as amazing property!

Wonderful location wish we could have stayed longer. Carpet in apartment needs replacing quite grubby & torn in places.

Elevator is extremely slow, top of the Carpark gates were broken and a poor patch up job on the wall under aircon. Reception worker Isabella was lovely the assurance that the booking was done correctly before arriving. The view was great and the soundproofing was a plus. Didn’t hear anybody or anything. Lovely Time would use again very convenient.

Really clean apartment with views over the marina. Lucky to have dolphins swim by early most mornings.

It is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean, good facilities. Great location, quiet. Have stayed there several times and will again when back in WA.

The tv needs replacing. Channels pixilated. Lovely position. Everything supplied that were required. Clean & comfortable.

Great location, wonderful views of the water from the balcony. We were here in winter, so it was very quiet and lovely. Only two suggestions for improvement: 1) The artwork in the bedroom was questionable for a family establishment (see photo). I didn't really enjoy looking at a bum every time I walk into the room. This would be a wonderful place to bring the kids, especially in summertime. Why not hang up some artwork of the beautiful scenery, ocean, or Australian wildlife? 2) The office was only open until 4pm. We arrived at about 6pm, but the information for after hours check-in wasn't sent to me even though I had filled out the digital check-in form in advance. When we arrived at Perth airport and I still hadn't received the check-in information, I sent an email to notify the hotel. Instead of replying to my email with the check-in details, they replied with an email saying that I should have received a text message with the check-in details. I'm assuming that I didn't receive the text because I have an international number, but I thought it was strange that they replied to my email without actually sending the information after I already told them that I hadn't received it. By the time we arrived, it was dark and rainy and was a bit of a hassle getting the keys, but we made it in the end.

Perfect unit for our short holiday. Kitchen very well equipped, large shower was wonderful and bbq on balcony was well used. Perfect view of Marina was a plus.

Great Location although it’s definitely not 4 star Luxury Accommodation and the fire alarm went off again at 6am! Wont be going back!

Had multiple calls before arriving, confirming whether or not I'll be arriving before 4pm-which is their cut off time. Had the same call twice in a row. The room itself was large, although in the fridge there was leftover dinner from the previous guest-not really the surprise we wanted. The noise from the bar and grill downstairs was not the most relaxing sound to match the great views of the harbour.

Really like this place! Everything was fabulous. We will go back again when we have more time to enjoy it!

A great location right in the heart of mandurah. Love being able to walk to all the restaurants. Great views over the marina in our water view room, confidante enough, the single beds are tiny, but still would stay again.

Love the location and the spectacular views also the close proximity to all amenities eg bars restaurants walkways shops and town Great parking and a safe environment
