I stayed at Green Harbor for around 3 weeks in July when things were pretty laid back in Patong, relatively speaking. The place was exactly as advertised, and everything went smoothly the whole time. The room was spacious and quiet. The owner and family were very courteous and accessible. I'd stay there again.

My "super detailed review"
Summary first:
This is an absolute hidden gem, 10 minutes away from both Jungceylon and Patong Beach, but is nestled away in a quiet residential area. The hotel is extremely well maintained and cleaned, I was very pleasantly surprised every minute of my stay here. Please, only come here if you know how to be respectful and well mannered, this gem of a hotel is too precious to be ruined by folks who might be lacking in these areas. And yes, like some other reviewer said, this place felt "like home", and I would come back here in a heart beat if I am ever back in Phuket again.
Rooms:
Very large, and spacious. 2 people will have more than enough room to stay for long periods of time, and the cleaning lady does an exceptional job of cleaning the room, including wet mopping the floors every day. Plenty of storage spaces, dining table, chairs, A/C works great, etc... Nothing to complain about.
Beds and sheeting:
Very comfy bed, and clean sheets. I am very sensitive to odor and I could not smell anything except the freshly cleaned sheets every day. The beds are actually perfect in terms of softness, which is not easy to find in Thai hotels.
Service:
The service is top notch, I cannot ask for more. Very friendly and professional.
Cleanliness:
Very very clean. As in no cockroaches whatsoever. The whole hotel and rooms are very very well maintained, and for someone is OCD about hygiene and cleanliness, I could not ask for a better hotel.

Good communication throughout with Chris and his son. Always there to help. Had a problem with the WiFi in the room, mentioned to Chris and he got it sorted straight away.

Excellent location for shops, dining and easy walk to beach. Chris and Noi are excellent owners, so helpful in directions and where the best places to eat. really clean rooms and premises too. Daily room servicing too. We loved our stay and hopefully we can get back this way again to stay here. Thanks for a great holiday

Great family run hotel.. I travel a lot for past 12 months and I was really comfortable with everything this hotel has to offer. Clean and well managed hotel with Chris leadership. I truly value people that doing their job with dignity and integrity.

Excellent place for budget conscious travelers who don’t want to “rough it” as the apartments are really well equipped exceptionally clean and very comfortable- great beds - beach towels provided as well as shampoo and shower gel! Easy walk to the beach and far enough away (but still close) to the action so when you want to sleep you can! The owners are great and very helpful too, I highly recommended property.

The owners of the hotel, Steve and Noi were always present, on-site to address anything that was needed. Noi specializes in tourism, and has connections to local attractions to help accommodate guests, she will manage tour bookings, taxis, and anything else you might need. She also manages the kitchen for the restaurant services. They are a very dynamic couple, fun to chat with, and super helpful.
The location of the hotel is a bit off the main roads, which I liked, but close enough to be walking distance to the beach, grocery store, wet and dry markets, and even a really nice laundry mat.

Quiet location away from the main bustle of Patong, but easy 10min walk when you want that buzz.

The couple operating of the hotel were simply amazing. From helping us booking activities and suggesting restaurants to help us with minor injuries and discomforts. They acted like a mom and dad to us. We even spent hours chatting with them about everything and anything. We just loved them. They take such good care of the hotel and their guests it’s amazing. I will send anyone of my friends and family traveling to Patong to that hotel. They are simply the best!

Great location and the room we were given was lovely and spacious. We were room only, but had the facilities to cook in the room, which was great, especially as we had our young child with us. We had a balcony, but unfortunately it was quite small, but was good to be able to hang wet clothes out to dry.
The hotel was really quiet and we heard no noise from outside, or from other guests.
Its family run and they were friendly and always one of them there to help. Would definitely stay here if we were to visit the area again

The rooms are huge, more like a studio apartment with fridge, kettle cooking facilities hairdryer etc. You even have a balcony and table to eat in if you wish. Super clean and really friendly owners. I also rented a motor bike for the stay from them which was cheaper than anywhere in Patong so save your time and rent with confidence they are cheaper.

Excellent stay, clean and on a quiet street. Nice family run (native English, UK) and a Thai woman see to all your needs. They rent motorbikes and you needn't leave your passport with them, as most bike rental places mandate. I would stay there again, for sure. Excellent breakfast

Close to beach, bangla road, cafes and bars. Phi Phi island is a great tour for value and all day with great tour guides, they provide lunch and drinks all day, with snorkeling and great opportunities for photos.

First things first, th hotel is under new management. Noi and her family are the kindest people I had the chance of meeting in all of Phuket. Hearing stories and seeing pictures from the last management team they have completly given this place a whole 180. Room sizes aren't the biggest but more than enough for a couple or single person. The hotel restaurant is run and operated by Noi as well and both western and authentic thai cuisine is offered. Location wise you are about a 30min walk from Bangla Road and Jungceyleon, despite the distance the hotel is located on a nice quiet street. For the price and location I have zero complaints. The next time I find myself in Patong I'll be sure to book a room here.

My room was located on the side of the hotel and there still was a very nice ocean view. Room and bathroom was clean. AC was very cold. Wifi fast. Staff was very helpful and owner of hotel very friendly. Scooter rentals available onsite and the rental price is not inflated for this convenience. Hotel located directly across from the beach and minutes of walking street but despite the noise I was still able to sleep without being disturbed.

It is a family-friendly hotel as there is cookware in the room. It's really self-serviced。 However, shopping for cooking materials, especially vegetables is not easy.
Another thing, don't stay on its ground/first floor. It is near the lobby and it is noisy.
