Amazing staff and great property

We had such a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Savassi for five nights. We were greeted immediately by Paula at the front desk and she was helpful and kind getting us checked in and taken care of. She answered all of our questions and checked in on us throughout our stay every time we walked through the lobby. Our room was perfect for the four of us and the breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel. The omelets were amazing my kids especially loved the fresh fruit cups and slices of watermelon. Thank you for making us feel welcome during our stay in Belo Horizonte. We can’t wait to visit again.

Newly remodeled room keeps a strong smell of paint without possibility of opening window to air it up.......

Everyone was very friendly. I was really impressed that they worked with us to adjust our reservation when our flight was one day late getting in. The food in the restaurant was very good as well.
As someone who works in an upscale hotel myself, I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

O quarto era razoável mas ficava virado pra uma construção (não.fui avisada), para uma estadia de 5 dias totalmente inaceitável. A limpeza do quarto era feita as 17 hs, e ainda queriam que o hospede deixasse o quarto, provavelmente para não ver a falta de treinamento das arrumedeira que queria jogar o lençol emcima da mala na hora de arrumar a cama, absurdo.

Didnt clean the room on multiple occasions, no clean towels or even any Toilet paper, as an American it was embarrassing to present this horrible room to my Brazilian friends and pay an extreme amount of money for rotten service, not to mention the fact the Hotel wanted to charge me for Breakfast after already charging too much, never again at Holiday inn, checked out early and went to the Hilton, less price for a free breakfast and a clean room everyday
