Was not good there shampoo and conditioner when u need the iron u have to ask for it as well if the toilet paper the faucet on the sink is no good and the towels was old and ragged the toilet barely flush and the ac blows like a fan

It was very quiet, too many stray dogs on property

Property backs on to a swamp, rife with mosquitoes. Impossible to enjoy the courtyard without dozens of bites. Open garbage near one side of the restaurant stinks. For three-quarters of a two week stay, restaurant next store blasts obnoxiously loud music from around noon to 10 pm. Horrible hotel. Nice owner who is very friendly. But that matters less and less over time.

Just what we needed however a coffee maker in the room would be a great addition I know coffee is available at 8am however we are early risers.

I was happy with everything.The food is good and Luca and staff are good. Arlette, Fadia, Shanna, and Gary are doing a great job serving people and Pink Floyd showed me the town in taxi. I'll be back!

Very close to the beach and the beach is gorgeous. Emerald water and shallow so it feels safe even if one is not comfortable in water. It is “Bed and Breakfast “ type of place and I would recommend buying “ breakfast included “ option - saves time and money. Management is nice and accommodating. People are friendly. Rooms are small but clean and have good air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available but only in certain areas. We loved the lush greenery that surrounds the cottages and there are tables and chairs outside of rooms so one can watch plants and birds. Cons: no coffee machines in rooms and very long waiting time for breakfast. The restaurant opens at 7:30 in theory; in practice they come around 8 o’ clock and by the time they finish cleaning and organizing they will take your order around 9 o’clock. We actually had no breakfast on a day of the departure because people who make breakfast were late and instead of getting meals ready for people who were already waiting they focused on organizing and cleaning the chairs. Overall I and my husband are glad that we stayed there and maybe the breakfast service will improve with time.

I enjoyed my stay at sunrise. There are things that can be improved like the Wi-Fi connection and the placement of guests to rooms such as those near the lively street but it was pleasant for the price. The cleaning lady was very sweet I would definitely recommend and come again! The layout is very natural and green with all the plant life! 😊😊 The rooms were clean but a little outdated, it is located right on the strip of hotels across from famous 7 mile beach. As advertised there is only Wi-Fi in the bar/restaurant area and they do give beach towels upon request.

I really enjoyed my time here. The location is perfect.

The management and staff were very friendly and accommodating. It had very good access to shops, restaurants and beach. The onsite restaurant was good, had the coffee almost daily. Having wifi in the room would have been convenient, but we adapted.

This was my first time traveling to Jamaica and I didn't know what to expect. It was a culture shock for the first 3 days. But after I got comfortable with their standard of living things got much better. The hotel is in a safe location and only about a 1 minute walk to the beach. My room was towards the front of the hotel which can be loud at night with loud cars, honking cars, and beach music. I would recommend asking for a room towards the back. The hotel staff was great, very nice people, never had a problem with anyone. My room was pretty basic, I had cold air conditioning, hot water in the shower everyday, and a TV (small tube tv). I should add that this hotel is Italian run and the majority of guests are italian. I'm an american and didn't meet any other americans. Although everyone I met was very nice. If you decide to stay here look for one of their employees named "Sugar". He took me on some good tours off the main strip where you get to see the real negril. All in all he will show you a great time!! Hope this helped

Room furnishing are old and rooms can be spruced up a bit. I really didn't expect much from the rate I paid. You get what you pay for.

Great hotel! The owner is friendly and makes time to get to know each guest! Don't expect 5 stars but it's comfortable and cosy! It makes you feel like you belong here. Beach is just 3 min walk across street! I was there for marathon and this was nice place to stay! Will come back to Negril and stay here again !

I was scared to check in, a lot of young men were standing at a bar by the front of the hotel, no car park(A ONE CAR PARK WAS BY THE BAR)my wife wasn't comfortable,i look in the room the sheet was torn , i was so embarrass to bring my wife there that i went straight to coco la palm and check in.
