Very central, beautiful room.

Upon my arrival I saw a mold in the shower, empty bottles of shampoo and body soap, extremely rude staff at the beach. Very disappointed, apparently you must be drunk 24/7 to overlook the rudeness and poor service of a 5 star hotel! Should’ve stayed at Ushuaia across the street!

Needs better maintenance of rooms

I loved my room facing the sea with a tub and shower facing it as well. The hotel has a very fun vibe and the location is great. I especially liked the rooftop bar. I prefer this hotel over Ushuaia as it’s more quiet and peaceful yet just one block over for fun parties.

the hotel is awesome! great vibe loads of things to do close to all the night clubs... but maybe a little too close. there were a few nights we wanted to just chill we were probably in the wrong place for that. but all in all was a great stay.

Dirty hotel, dirty small gym and dirty room. Big letdown of a hotel. Not worth the price. Better off at the other hotels in the area.

Great property with options for everyone, quiet areas, kids areas and party areas

An amazing experience for a young family, kids club was out of this world all the staff looking after the children were so kind and friendly exactly where you want to leave your kids! Such a fun vibe for a family. The food and drink was great and the service was fantastic!

Beautiful property with a beautiful beach. Staff service was pretty average.

We had a great night here. The pool and beach facilities were wonderful, and it was easy to get taxis around the island. The checkin process and area could have been improved and was a bit of a zoo for the 20 minutes we were waiting to check in. There were people everywhere waiting to check into or out of their rooms, which doesn’t really set an initial impression that you’re checking into a hotel that justifies its nightly rate. Overall however, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very expensive. A bottle of water is over 10$ They had to change our room because they gave us a handicap room for some reason n the beginning and while we where there we saw may cases where people Where charged 170 euro for checking out 20 min late !!

No complaints whatsoever! Great hotel, great staff-- nice tub, good gym and spa!

When we first checked in they only had a handicap room available for us. The receptionist talked it up a ton and now we kniw why. It was a disaster. For starters the bathroom doubles as a lagoon because theres no wall or barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. I understand its a handicap room but you have a 6 foot wide opening...a 2ft wall/barrier by the shower heads would have saved us from using all but one of our towels to keep the bathroom from becoming an indoor pool. Secondly the shower features a rain head and a wand both of which provide embarassing water pressure. We called the front desk to see if it could be fixed. They sent someone who replaced the wand head and then told me there is nothing he can do about the water pressure. The room was supposed to feature adequate shelf space but since it was a handicap room, that was non-existent. The sink is a 3ft wide trough with 3 inches of shelf space behind it which is occupied by their bolted down hand soap, lotion and tissue box. Im 5'11" and my wife is 5'4" and the toilet is so high my feet barely reached the floor. We asked 3 times for them to join the beds together so we could sleep together. They never came to do that. Thats just the room. Lets talk about the property and its robbery...excuse me dining options. The Hard Rick features several options to eat. All of them are ridiculously expensive. They feature things like a $49 hamburger! Two tacos...$68! Absolute robbery! Never again. Dont do it

If you want to have a quiet place, this hotel is not recommended.

Truly an incredible experience staying here at the Hard Rock! So close to the things I wanted to visit and see and the hotel had everything I needed and more. Luxurious for the area for sure!

The rooms are made with cheap materials, cheap designs, and cheap linens, and towels. Also super noisy, All day long.

Great resort with pools and beach access. Good variety of restaurants both on-site and within walking distance. Clubs are next door and across the road.

Always a pleasure to stay at the hard rock Ibiza

They didn’t honor guest check in. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. My ac unit was leaking and causing a puddle as well as a dripping sound. All staff and was unprofessional.

Hotel was nice. Not very crowded at time of visit. 06/24. Many dining options near hotel walking distance but not so many in hotel. Bfast was not so good at buffet or room service. As expected everything is super expensive. We had a nice time!

Beautiful location, nice staff and clean stay. Right next door to Ushaia so all the party is right there. They also had Tatel an amazing restaurant on site along with Ammos as well!
