Property is nice, large appartments for family of 6. We did however find small pieces of glass on the carpet and old food, which was disappointing. Overall a great stay. Kids loved the pool area and bowling next door made it easy for rainy days

The view was amazing, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, the facilities were fantastic, and it had the best (real) sauna of any hotel I've visited in Australia.
Hotel staff were polite, the apartment had everything I needed, and it was just a two minute walk past the lake to reach the beach - where there were multiple restaurant options and a botte-o. There is also a major shopping centre about 5 minutes drive up the road.
As it was a working trip, the desk area was quite useful, although the Wi-Fi left a little to be desired for my needs. Foxtel on the TV was a great way to keep the little one entertained too!
If you're a fan of 10-pin bowling, there is also a bowling alley right next door (not that you'd know it from the room, as you never heard anything from there).

Everything was great except for having no aircon in the bedrooms. The main bedroom was very hot making it uncomfortable to sleep in. The rest of the apartment was fine. Friendly staff. Awesome pool. Nice views.

We found the facilities & location great for our needs.
As we had grandchildren & family visit us, to celebrate our birthdays & having the playground, skate park, beach close by, as well as The Mirage’s wonderful swimming/ bbq facilities, gave us variety of options to keep us all happy.
We booked a lovely 3 bedroom for ourselves, my parents & sister. We had two cars over 2 of our 3 night stay & would have be great to have the second car remain in the visitors car park instead of moving it twice.
We noticed was shower pressure in ensuite & main bathroom wasn’t the best. Taking some time for the hot water to arrive & spending longer time washing shampoo from hair.
The unit was very comfortable & we enjoyed staying there.

Enjoyed the quiet location but still so close to the beach. Facilities for kids are great. Spacious apartments with lovely views. Furniture and decor is just a bit tired, however expected that when booking so it wasn’t a surprise and I felt the price reflected that.

This was a nice and affordable place to stay, one street over from the beach. Really enjoy staying in apartments and this one was comfortable with nice kitchen, outdoor seating, comfortable bed and plenty of space. Parking was good and overall facility was very good. Would stay again

We had a group of old friends travelling for a golf weekend. The property was excellent for the price we paid. We had 2 really big 3 bedroom units with ocean views. A walk to Alexandra Headland Surf Club and beach. A number of cafes and restaurants within walking distance nearby. One hiccup we had confirmed a number of times before arrival we would get 1 Queen Bed and 2 singles in each of the bedroom. We were originally moved to separate floors to accommodate this. When we arrived this had been changed the day before. We had one person who had dropped out so it was ok for us but could have been annoying. We were offered a roll away bed which would have helped but was not what we booked.

This property was perfect. It was exceptionally clean which we needed during covid19. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our apartment was spacious, and had everything we needed. The pools were amazing. Nice and warm and beautifully landscaped. The bbq area was clean and well kept. We loved this place.

Property is well located - walk to Alexandra Headland beach. Quick drive to Sunshine Plaza, Mooloolaba restaurants, etc. The pool and spa seem a little small for the number of units, but we didn't experience any overcrowding. It may be an issue in hotter months??

This place has so much potential. The rooms were clean and the living area in our room was so generous and kitchen was fabulous and the best equipped I have seen in a hotel, was are a few things that 4.5 star claim and where I start to get confused. We didnt have enough towels for the number of guests and we didnt realise until after reception had already closed. I dont remember the last place I stayed that didnt give you 2 towels per person, let alone one that gave two towels for 2 adults and 1 child and I certainly havent had to pay extra for a towel to dry my hair. The bathroom/en suite was uncomfortable and you couldnt get in and out of the shower with the bathroom door open. You also couldnt open the washing machine lid because the dryer was too close, although there was plenty of bench space in the laundry. The room had no spare pillows and only 2 on the bed. I also found it odd that you have to walk in the rain in a completely open to the public area to get from your secure car park back into the hotel entry to fob in. I also dont understand a demand from the hotel that dishes must be dried and put away (not just clean and in the dishwasher or drainer) and a snarky note that they are happy to do it for a fee from $50, snarky comments in an old and dated plastic sleeve folder dont scream 4.5 star, perhaps a 4 max!

The price is very reasonable and apartments are amazing. We loved the pool area and there is a park just across the road for the kids. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a short stroll to the beach. Definitely the only place to stay up the coast..

Lovely location, unit comfortable but lacks personality. No cover on beds, no colour in decor. Main bedroom very hot, windows open you get the frog & bird noises. Reception was dull, hiding behind computers. Some hooks in toilet by pool would be handy to hang towel, bag, etc.Great tennis court and lovely pool area.
