Towels were old and nasty Pillows and bed sheets as well

The hotel is in a nice area and looked decent BUT the bed sheets and pillows had yellow stains. Shower tub was not draining and towels looked and feel old. I would spend the extra ten or fifteen dollars to upgrade to the next place.

We were given a room where the tv was not working. We were moved, in the next room the a/c was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Also they were doing maintenance so there was so much noise going on.

Parking is dicey, wifi weak, and pool area very noisy late in the evening and early in the morning. Otherwise a pleasant experience. Have stayed here twice.

Anither couple opened our door as we were trying to rest. Weon wifi info provided. Loud music and stomping from upstairs through oadt 5 AM.

Could sleep well there was people singing at 2 am and another later on another them that evening was great

There is a shower that doesn't fonction at all and it looks like nobody has clean the tables around the pool. I know, there's a lot of trees, but it should be clean. Some of the chairs to take the sun and get tanned are not working.

The room was very old and smelled disgusting. The furniture was chipped and broken. Also the carpet had stains and worn out areas and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a very long time. We had to ask for towels because they don’t provide them otherwise. I think we might have stayed if we had internet but we didn’t so we walked across the street and rented a hotel room at the Holiday Inn. Of course we didn’t get our money back but it was worth it to just walk away. Never go there again!

Quiet and staff stayed out of my way. Wish expidia would stop calling places pet friendly when they charge or at least have the cost up front.

The stay is pleasant it's not a 5 star hotel but it's comfortable if you are on a budget

Very upset and dissapointed our vehicle was broken into and we were parked infront of the hotel your vehicle is not safe if you stay in this hotel i dont recommend to book here when your things are not safe very very upsetting i cant say anything positive when this happens

The reviews on this property are all accurate. The beds were in poor shape, there was no breakfast, no fitness room. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

There's nothing to like. The sheets weren't washed in years. The bathroom was stinking and the room looked like a trash can.

Check in was easy and the girl at the front desk spoke pretty good english. Rooms 1 through 23 are pet friendly. Room was clean and came with towels, soap and shampoo. There is a great restaurant on site with a pet friendly patio. You get a free breakfast with the room that is scrambled eggs chilquiles, beans and coffee or milk. There is an Oxxo (circle K/7-11) next door. There was a guy in the parking lot that washed my van for 80 peso's. There is an upscale looking nightclub across the street. WIFI was a little weak but it worked if you were in the right area.

Price and very central location.It also offers a good breakfast restaurant.

The room too small and the reservatiom they charge me more my breakfast were cancelled and on my last day they gave me just 1 breakfast for all 4 night i stayed...

This property is filthy, the sheets are disgusting,the first night the smell of the covers was terribke, they smelled like FEET! The pillows are thinner than a floor mat. I was very disappointed and would never recommend it to anyone. Parking is a big hassle, could not have a relax day in a filthy room. When we got there was a dead roach supoosely daily our room waz being cleaned guess what? Roach was still there the day we left,we stayed 5 nights! Wanted to leave but was told by staff we woyld not be reimbursed had to sacrifice and stay!!!!I would recommend for all reservation agencies to please analyze and personally take a look of what you are selling to customers.....due to this experience I would rather deal directly with hotels to know what I am paying for.

The decor, bedding & towels were old & very worn out. The room was not clean. 1980s TV without remote control. The bed was lumpy & sloped to one side. The person who checked us in was rude. There was no on-site parking, and we had to park in a dark alley.

I was very disappointed with this stay at this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Hotel location is good. My suggestion is that the area where I stayed should be remodeled, bathroom included.

Door had a napkin covering the peephole. Beds uncomfortable, too hard and small. Toilet was not working but was fixed fast.

There is a restaurant beside to hotel, during nigth it's annoying,the clients of restaurant use parking lot of the hotel.

Good for our needs which were just an over night stay after a long road trip. Lots of dining within walking distance.
