Palo Santo was the perfect hotel for our long-week family get away to BA. The front desk staff were the best - full of helpful information and always smiling and wanting to make sure we were having the best trip possible.

It is my go to hotel for many reasons.

What a great experience! The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and just very inviting. Or room was perfect/very comfortable for the three of us and the hotel was located in a great spot with easy walking to restaurants/etc. and cab/Uber were easy to grab. Would def stay here again

Camillo was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. House keeping also did a fantastic job. It was such a delight to come back to your room with chocolates on the pillow as well as night time tea to help you sleep. The breakfast was very delicious and they offered fresh breads, cheese and meats. They also made you your own fresh coffee or you could choose to have a latte or cappuccino. The location is convenient, allowing easy access to attractions in Buenos Aires. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a chic and environmentally conscious accommodation option in the city.

Fantastic small hotel, perfectly located in Palermo. Spacious room, comfortable memory foam bed, huge bathroom with rain shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Palo Santo is everything a boutique hotel should be and after years of being disappointed by boutique hotels and going back to big names, I’m so glad I tried Palo Santo. I even extended my stay because I enjoyed myself so much. A few things to note: the hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff really pays attention to details. I am paranoid about bugs of any kind and check mattress seams etc and Palo Santo was impeccable! I even checked under the bed (like I said, I have very high standards) and it was spotless. Cannot say enough good things about this. The rooms are big and the balcony is great. I got a deluxe room and got room 43 which faced the courtyard (rooms ending in 4 and 3 seems to face the courtyard) so it was very quiet. I can’t speak to the street facing rooms but considering it’s a small street, I suspect the noise level should be fine. Breakfast was good. Selection is small but it’s a boutique hotel so that’s to be expected. Omelette was great, fruits were delicious and the service was great. Reception staff went above and beyond. You can text them with questions, they will give you personalized suggestions and when you go in and out of the hotel you get greeted by name. It is everything a boutique hotel should be. Location is good! It’s a bit outside of the general hubbub of Palermo SoHo since the hotel is in Palermo Hollywood but still good. I did a lot of research when looking for my hotel and I’m so glad I went to Palo Santo.

We had an amazing stay at the Palo Santo Hotel. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel itself is beautiful and artsy and there's an attention to detail that sometimes is amiss in bigger hotel chains. Most of all, the service is the best. Can't say enough about Pablo and Cami who helped us with anything and everything and made our stay super super special!

It’s a very nice and quaint boutique style hotel. I loved the dining room, courtyard, and private areas in a small setting. Rooms are large and very clean. Good selection of breakfast offering. Staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here and would choose a boutique hotel on my next visit to BA.

Great boutique hotel in walking distance to several great neighborhoods.

We stayed two nights a the Palo Santo hotel. The location can’t be beat for walkability and access to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were warm and helpful. The rooms are cozy and feature great balconies for outdoor seating. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and we really appreciated the free glass of wine in the evening!

We loved the quiet lush green back garden at the hotel… a welcome oasis in the bustling city and a perfect place for breakfast! The front desk staff and restaurant servers were very welcoming and helpful. The local neighborhood is full of great places to eat.

Staff was excellent!

It was disappointing to arrive late at night with lots of bags and for the staff behind the desk (4 metres away) to watch us struggle to open the doors - and not to assist. The suite was fine - but to charge for every single nespresso coffee is crazy when you're paying $400 a night for the room. The bed was comfortable BUT very noisy when moving around - the mattress and wooden bed frame both made lots of noise with every turn.

Staff absolutely fantastic. Everyone so very friendly. Constant smiles. Went out of their way to help us with simple things, directing to currency exchange, local market for fresh fruit and recommendations for excellent local restaurants when we did not want to travel downtown.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Some of the best service I’ve ever received. Adrian and Jose in particular were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. Great location. Pool is small and lovely. Food is good. All around a great experience!

Wonderful small boutique hotel with emphasis on being sustainable and green. Absolutely loved the place and the friendliness of the people there. Room was huge and clean, modern and with all amenities. Area is safe and great to explore on foot or with a hotel bike. Highly recommend! :)
