The propriety doesn’t match with the description! It’s to expensive and the installation very poor!! The beach smells bad.

Beside the beach, was good, food average, Drinks not bad, pool not so clean, room great

i stayed here mid September, this was my first resort experience but i could definitely tell it’s not the best. it doesn’t have very good food, or amenities, anything fun to do is far off the resort as cap cana is very secluded. there was an absolute gut wrenching smell the second you stood outside from the second you when to bed at night. it’s seaweed season i guess and where this resort is all the seaweed piles up and makes the most horrendous smell that lingers in your clothing. we had one of the furthest rooms from that part of the beach and it was all we could smell. also don’t bother with room service it takes HOURS. however the staff are absolutely amazing i give them 10/10, they made it much more fun. i give the resort a 4/10. i think i would venture to another resort before returning

We stayed at TRS Cap Cana for four nights. If you like to spend a nice vacation this is the place to be. Food was pretty descent, drinks are descent too. The people serving at the restaurant and bars made our stay great. We like to mentioned and thanks Johanna, Thai, Cristina, Francisco, Stephanie,Nathalie, Manuel and Jabel for their great and excellent service. Also like to thanks our steward Aronni for being on top of things. Overall we would come back again.

Everything was unforgettable

The Staff is wonderful my butler Maria was absolutely the activity coordinator Charlie was the best. Everyone did their best to make our stay welcoming and amazing. I would recommend it to anyone.

This Property is not a 5 Star facility. It is an old pig with lipstick on it.3 to 3.5 at best. Our Butler service was terrible. We believe because we did not pay for the upgraded service they try to hit you up for at check in. If you don't agree to pay them an extra $100.00 a day they don't want to provide any service to you. I message them before we went there that it was our 40th anniversary. They message me back "Rest assured that our team of butlers will go out of their way to make your stay truly unforgettable." I guess they forgot to tell me only if I pay the $100.00 a day extra that I might get that service. I went all the way to the Dominican and never got into the ocean because their beach area was nothing but a black water seaweed swamp. The picture of their beach must me air brushed on the site. I was never told that I was able to go anywhere else to get to the beach until the day before I left by another Butler who also told me it was too late for that day to go. It also says it has 4 Restaurants at the hotel, but they are never open at the same time, only one per day. Same area different menu. It is a swamp. Now for the Good: They have a few really good staff members who try to make your stay enjoyable. The food that was available was fairly good. Bar staff was good. I meet a lot of Great customers there. I personally will not go back to any of the Palladium facilities. I will probably never use Travelocity ever again as I have lost my faith in their services.

Overall, my stay was good. However, it would have been nice to either have a full tour of the property or a map of the property handy so I could know what was where. The availability of a menu for room service would have been nice as well. Butler services need improvement. Night room service needs major improvements. Server was not very friendly.
