Amazing stay. Gregory was very hospitable and provided great insight into activities and transportation around the island. The breakfast was amazing, views were breathtaking overlooking the sunset and caldera from the balcony.

Amazing stay at Villa Lukas. I can’t recommend this place more! The stay was beautiful with a view of the caldera and an amazing jacuzzi. The staff was amazing as well making sure we were always comfortable and happy. They also served breakfast every morning and it was to die for. Several options and all were delicious. If we had any questions the host Gregory would be more than thrilled to help you. He assisted us with several forms of transportation throughout the island. Location of the villa I believe to be amazing. In a smaller quieter village with access to the larger villages either via walking, bus, taxi, or quad. Several things to do around the area too. Overall amazing stay, I’ll be sending all of my friends and family here!

We travelled with two young kids aged 7 and 4 years old and enjoyed a truly memorable stay here. The customer care, communication and attention to detail from booking to departure was exceptional. Greg and his whole team should be proud of their establishment.
The property itself was located in a lovely quiet area of Imerovigli with truly stunning views of the sea and caldera. It was cleaned everyday and was always spotless. We stayed in the two bedroom villa so the kids had their own space and the jet pool was a lovely bonus.
Getting into Fira (the capital) was a short (15-20min) bus ride and when we needed to go further into areas of the island such as Oia, Perissa, Perivolos etc, taxi’s were booked for us without any fuss.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied and brought to us every morning at the selected times. This meant that we did not have to worry about that. There was a small supermarket across from the Villa which meant that any additional items we wanted for ourselves was easily accessible. There were lots of other restaurants scattered across Imerovigli so lots of choices were available. We did enjoy an exceptional meal at the Five Senses restaurant. We were also provided by Greg with the opportunity to order in when we didn’t fancy going out.
If you want to stay in a beautifully presented property close to amenities and suitable for kids, with all the luxuries of a 5 star property, then stop scrolling and book! God willing we will be back again!

The most peaceful and beautiful property. Kicked off our honeymoon in pure bliss with these sunsets. The breakfast was amazing and Greg was always so quick to assist with the transfer bookings - he even helped us secure a restaurant reservation via phone. Thank you Greg and Villa Lukas team!

The customer service at Villa Lukas was first-rate. Gregory was exceptional in welcoming us, arranging transportation for us transportation to and from the airport, getting our laundry done amazingly fast once we arrived, etc. The view from our room was unbelievable. Imerovigli is a great place to stay in Santorini.

A wonderful place! We got a suite with hot tab outside with amazing view of the caldera. The room was spacious and cozy with dining area, living room area and a bedroom only for two of us and our stay was very comfortable. The host, Greg, was super helpful with any questions and always available to meet us within several minutes! Our delicious breakfast was punctually served daily at a requested time, and the room was cleaned perfectly. We will definitely go back to Villa Lukas whenever we go to Santorini!

Amazing place, Greg and the whole team were amazing and friendly and we're happy to accommodate requests such as booking car rental. Place was clean, and quiet, with brilliant views of the caldera. Breakfast was great and some amazing restaurants within walking distance. Will be going back!

Unfortunately after the first day we came down with the flu. The host was able to get us a doctor to come to the space. We have never had that kind of support before.
The room is very sweet and comfortable plus an easy walk to most everything.
The host arranged transportation for us and informed us anything that had a cost before booking it.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Villa Lukas. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The amenities were really nice and the view, especially during sunset, was amazing! We had breakfast brought to our room whenever we could and they were very generous portions and very delicious!
The location was great, with restaurants and small markets around the area and there was also a bus stop nearby if we wanted to take the bus to Fira. It is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which we liked. We would love to come back again someday!

Imerovigili was our favorite area after exploring the rest of the island - a beautiful area with fantastic views, wonderful restaurants / bars, and much less of a crowd. This hotel is in a great spot right by a market, atm and numerous restaurants. Our favorite sunset view was from our balcony, and the jetted tub at night was a nice perk.

We loved staying at Villa Lukas and decided it was in one of the best areas to stay in on Santorini. We had a beautiful view of the sunset every night, and the area was quiet while being very close to the more populated parts of the island. The staff was great and made our stay wonderful.

Came here for my birthday trip back in May—they didn’t know it was my birthday but when we checked in, we got the bulla upgrade with the hottub overlooking the best view EVER. SUNSET IS AMAZING. BOOK here guys! I can go on and on about how amazing and unforgettable the memories I have in Santorini and the fact that this was the first place we stayed in— the staff are amazing! Our first night, we got the welcome wine and some snacks— for breakfast omg, the best breakfast with the gorgeous view! Im booking this place again for my parents’ anniversary and have recommended this place to all of my friends. The location is so great! By sunset every restaurant was booked because they want to get that picture right but we got our hot tub overlooking the Sea, so our sunset experience was so amazing I dont know what else to say— you will never have regrets! You do have to get down flights of stairs though to get to the room so prepare yourselves to carry all your belongings down.

The room was lovely and the furnishings very comfortable. The service too was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. I had some difficulty figuring out the shower controls, but that was not the fault of the accommodation. Srprisingly, the TV did not seem able to receive any English-speaking channels, though frankly we had seen enough UK news lately so did not mind a couple of days off, TV-wise. The decor and overall look is very lovely, in a "designer" sort of way, though one practical improvement would be the installation of a proper handrail down all the steps, which is the only way to access the roms. This year my mobility has gone downhill quite fast, so any support when literally going downhill (or up) is always appreciated.

Beautiful little hotel with absolutely stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, in a fantastic location on Santorini. We loved everything about Villa Lukas. Our room was immaculate and modern, we enjoyed our private hot tub, and breakfast was great each morning. One of the things that's tough to tell when you book a hotel in Santorini is whether you're directly on the main walking path or more secluded. (IMHO, you do *not* want your room to face right onto the walking path.) Villa Lukas is one level down from the main road and one level up from the pedestrian path, so it's super quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Loved it!

It was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Our room had a fantastic view of the sunset, volcano and Aegean Sea. The service was exceptional, including a made to order breakfast delivered to the room. So much value for the price. Close to top-rated restaurants. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a plunge pool on the side of a cliff which was clean and affordable in comparison to other hotels. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive. I’m very cost-conscious when planning vacations and probably looked at 20+ hotels. The great reviews were spot-on. Caution you will need to climb up and down steps so not ideal for the mobility challenged.

Villa Lukas is an incredible place to stay in Santorini! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help us. Room was immaculately cleaned daily. View was incredible and Imerovigli was quiet but still convenient. The room was nicely updated and even better than the photos show (we booked the honeymoon suite). I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I never go above and beyond to write reviews of places I stay at but I HAD to for this property. The service from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave is absolutely incredible. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout your entire stay. They are very safe when it comes to COVID protocols and try to reduce as much in-person interaction as possible. The room we had was absolutely stunning and probably the best room out of any other hotel in Santorini. We walked through most of Santorini comparing the views and the outdoor areas from other hotels and none of them compared to ours. The view is breathtaking and we got to view the sunset from our balcony and outdoor jacuzzi every day. I can't say enough great things about this place. If you're looking for a decently priced property with amazing service along with beautiful rooms, this is the one!

This is one of the very few hotels in santorini where outdoor jacuzi has good privacy. You wont see people walking around your terrace like other places in santorini. 1 min walking distance to delicious avocado restaurant and many other good bars and Confetti. Its on the highest point of altitude in santorini so you get best sea view and sunset. Greg was also super helpful and went above and behond to make sure all our needs were taken care of.
