Great place, convenient because is really near to Miami international Airport

We arrived early since we got off a cruise ship. The attendant told us we could check in at 11 for an extra $25. When the other and better hotel let us check in early for free.
They did have a luggage hold area. There was absolutely nothing to do or restaurants within walking distance. We had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. Housekeeping did not come until after we left. We were there 3 days!

Cleaning in the hallways needs to be improved,
There was a chickenbone and scraps of tissue paper on the floor.

The property is very unfriendly to hosts, room is filled with strong smoke smell when requested for the room spray or change of room front desk is not ready to at least check till next morning which made us to left with little sleep and disturbed our plans

Just need to change the carpet of the hotel. Its old and smell cigarette. And laugage carrier need new wheels. They are plat you you can not even push it.
Thats all otherwise the hotel is nice.

The hotel was comfortable, convenient location and clean. However, the parking fee at $25 per night as a guest I believe is unfair for all guests seeing that parking should be included for guests during their time at any hotel. For 3 nights would be $75 just for a car to sit in the parking lot for hours and not being used. And there should be an airport shuttle service. I only found out after arriving to MIA that there was none.

We had an excellent stay the night before our flight. We had seen a few negative reviews ad were nervous about what we'd find, but with the exception of some worn seats in the dining area, everything was awesome. The 7am uber to the airport was less than $10, and a nice quick ride. We nitice that an uber at 8am was more than double, so timing is everything in uber-land. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property

I had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Place Miami Airport-East. The hotel was incredibly dirty, with stained floors and deteriorated furniture throughout. My group used three rooms, and two of them had issues with the bathtubs, where the water was draining very slowly, while one room had a problem with the toilet. The carpets were filthy, adding to the overall unpleasantness.
The pool had green algae covering the walls, which was highly concerning. When we asked about moving to different rooms, the staff informed us that there were no other rooms available. They also said maintenance would come the next day at noon, which was essentially our checkout time.
This was my first time staying at a Hyatt property, and it will most likely be the last, at least for this category. A truly disappointing stay from start to finish.

This place is a joke. Try to check in have to buzz/call to be let in. Was outside for 5 mins waiting for someone to answer. Kept calling kept getting ignored. My bf finally found a maintenance guy to let us in the building to check in. Smh this was the most difficult hotel to check into. Could have gone to La Quinta and gotten an easier check in.

Best hotel in the area for its price. The facility is extremely nice and modern inside. The pool is fantastic. They offer free breakfast as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is nice just doesn’t have nothing around it to do although Eddie the manager was super great. The staff was really great. We’re taking care of us getting another shuttle to downtown Miami.

Hotel is located in very convenient place , Room was clean but in general carpet needs an update in rooms and hotel in general. No signs to arrive or indications to get to the hotel. you will need a GPS.

Upon arrival when you enter the hotel you have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the lobby to check in. Make sure you budget for an extra 25.00 a night if you have a car. I don't remember seeing this in the description. Staff was not very friendly. The carpet is disgusting, stains everywhere. Ice maker not in service and no house keeping. We were told they dont clean rooms daily so if you want your bed made you will have to do it yourself. No street name or signs on road to point you into the hotel. Man standing out front trying to sell dogs. Will not stay at a Hyatt again. Comfort inn was a better choice wish we had booked our post cruise there.

My daughter got bitten with bed bugs and body showed evidence of the bites. There were no satisfactory response from the staff. Also the rug in room was very wet.
