We had a pleasant few days and the appartment albeit a bit small had everything we needed and the location was great

Stonesthrow to CBD and everything handy walking distance

It’s a palace. Big balcony, big rooms and toilet. Huge kitchen and enormous living room with a giant TV. Spent most of my time in this palace, and so close to Coles. Bought food to cook which is an3 mins walk. Double door security as well. Really worth the price. Furnishings are new with contemporary decor. All self sufficient. I’ve stayed in many MG hotels and by far this is the best. Totally enjoyed my start.

Good kitchen and laundry facilities, location was great, not on the main strip but walking distance to a lot of dining options and the farmers market. The bathroom fittings, cabinet and tiles need to be replaced, they’re rusty and mouldy. Toilet roll holder was literally falling off from the wall and the toilet sink was blocked. Carpet was dirty. Tried to contact the hotel a few times about payment and extra shower gel but never received a response. Overall terrible experience and wouldn’t stay again.

Apartment 1 needs some maintenance with a few bathroom items hanging loose from the wall. Condensation is an issue, and the only openable window is unreachable above the door, which means the air-con is ineffective (it was open when we arrived). Apartment needed a clean, some small glass shards were found on the sink drying area and floor below, and due to the condensation, areas of some walls were marked. However, apartment is close to restaurants and has a nice ‘Hamptons’ style feel, with all the amenities provided. Just needs some work done before I’d go back.

Great central location, local coffee supplied for essential morning coffee, free use of laundry, only negative not enough body wash for 3 night stay and needs a larger tv mounted on wall.

Really pretty, clean and tasteful little apartment, even the photograph on the wall was good.

Great appartment great location

We had an amazing stay, the apartment feels very spacious with the high ceilings and is right in the heart of the city, an amazing location! Had everything we needed in the apartment, would highly recommend and will definitely be using this location for our next stay.

The location was very good. The actual unit was satisfactory for two people. The bedroom walls looked dirty. The walls in the lounge appeared to be water damaged as bubbled, greenish and peeling and cobwebs were on the flysceens.

Well located accommodation. Good communication from the managers. A couple of minor maintenance issues including a slow draining sink in the bathroom. (Apartment 2). An extra toilet roll would have been handy, otherwise great value. We have booked again for next Xmas.

Very clean modern accommodation with nice court yard to sit outside. Great location easy parking. Could not fault this place would stay again and recommend to others.

The property is great in a central but quiet location. The only point for improvement would be the shower head, everything else was perfect in working order.

Great location, one of the best places we've stayed in Albany.

In kitchen paint work was all peeling and looked a bit moulds behind coffee cups. Bathroom/toilet light not working off the main living area. We advised owner on Friday an hour and a half after we arrived. It was still not fixed when we left Sunday morning. It was pitch black in the bathroom at night and no-one could use that toilet as the door had to be left open (onto lounge room) to see at night. Oils hear the squeaky floorboards in both our apartment and the one below. Extremely steep stairs internally. For those with knee or hip problems very dangerous.

We enjoyed 5 nights at Albany Central Apartments. Location was in the town itself and within an easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes and places of historical interest. Our Apartment, No. 2, was quiet, affording us a good night's sleep. It was very clean, compact and modern. Having a full height fridge was a bonus, as was the provision of a very adequate kitchen with an additional electric frying pan & sandwich maker. Having access to a laundry was welcomed. Communication & entry were excellent & we felt that if we had any queries, we were only a phone call away. We would recommend this apartment to our friends.

a very nice apartment with all the modern features and nice little touches like diffuser in the bathroom, coffee plunger, and chocolates in the kitchen. Close to the main street of Albany with many options for eating. Check in was a breeze as was leaving, could recommend this place highly.

Great location. Clean and well presented. Very comfortable bed. Heater works really well. You can walk to restaurants. The couch could be a bit more comfortable but all else is great. Would stay there again.

We were two couples and Apartment 4 was fantastic and clean. Bedrooms were bigger than many we have stayed in, beds were comfortable (a big plus), well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating in the lounge. Quiet but within walking distance of the main shopping road. You couldn't ask for better. We will return

Good area, but Apartment 1 is to close with the road, and quiet noisy. Everything else was excellent.

We enjoyed the proximity to town. Shops, supermarket, eateries and attractions. Off street parking was good. we enjoyed the welcoming treats such as coffee, chocolates and up to date tourist information. Loved the communication regarding key collection.

Wonderful stay. Within walking distance to cafes & site seeing. Comfortable bed, great kitchen & really good to see laundry within the apartment (apartment 4) as we had some washing to do. They also have a self serve laundry attached to the apartments. Great wifi also. We would highly recommend staying here.

Our third visit to the Albany Central Apartments. These apartments are centrally located with walking distance to cafes and sights. Have great amenities, spacious ,clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended

Albany Central Apartments lives up to the name. Position was great! It was clean, service was excellent, facilities were more than hoped for.

So close to main Street but still very quiet. Everything set up so was like home from home
