Great location with short walk to lake, ocean beach and coffee. Apartment clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good value for money.

The appartment is in good location , 3 min walking to the beach , 5 min driving to shops and restaurants .a good place to relax !!!

Position is great! Near the beach and the lake…. Anna is delightful in the office, very attentive to our needs…. We had a lovely 4 night stay

Lovely property close to town. Modern facilities and comfortable beds.

We didn’t receive information on how to check into the apartments, no check in desk and no one answered our phone calls, an hour later spoke to someone who sent the text with information for the key. Dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty blanket in the cupboard. Mentioned in the welcome letter and information folder in the apartment of the charges that will apply if the apartment is left dirty, yet I had to clean every dish before using it. Amazing location, walking distance to the beach, kayaking and local shops.

Excellent location. The property was clean and decorated well. The pool was smaller than we thought. The external bins were very smelly! Overall, fantastic place to stay for a family.

We really liked this property. For the price, the location and the room were great. There was a spa bath in the room which was great, the shower was amazing and two bedrooms. The kitchen was fully serviced. We plan to return

Great apartment, great location- we could walk to everything. The weekend we were there coincided with an “Eat Festival” one street back from us, on the foreshore of the lake. Great food topped off our stay.

On the list it states that they have left enough toilet paper, for the stay, and if more needed to buy your own. Yeah right quarter of a roll, for 2 people over 2 days. Couldn’t be bothered calling the contact, as when we arrived, she came across as unfriendly.

Great location with the beach nearby, a small cafe (Cranky Pants) and a takeaway shop just 1 block away. Close enough to town to walk to. All amenities are fantastic and a bonus was the lock up garage (free).

Old apt in very Clean condition. Comfy beds and clean sheets. All dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer clean as well. Comfortable family stay. No reception on site but only key box and message board. No problem at all for us. Didn't get reply to my email enquiry before stay nor check in instructions.

We love Merimbula and want to support business and properties Luxury is a popularity word there but it means OK in fact His was fine and perfectly positioned

Great value for money and great location for kids. Across the road to the beach and a fantastic fenced in park. We’ll be back next summer!

The digs itself was well appointed for our autumn retreat Spacious apartment this time of year it was quiet Minutes to a clean 🌊 Fish and 🍟 at the local cafe a must!!

We stayed two nights. The bed linen on my bed smelled off so I used the spare bed pillow and a blanket. Cigarette smoke?Otherwise, everything was clean and comfortable. A couple of cushions on the sofas would help.

Fantastic accommodation and location!

No reception on site, no wifi or Foxtel we had no contact with the manager, units were open when we arrived with keys left on the table, we were certainly not made to feel welcome. The apartment was basic and a bit tired, however it was clean. It is close to the beach and within walking distance to town.

Had a great stay at Merimbula Beach Apartments - It is a small block of units near the beach - No Hotel reception - Your name on a blackboard indicates what room you have, Door was unlocked and key on the table, Left it the same way, Bit different but worked OK - Apartment is getting a little old but plenty of room and kitchen had everything we needed, Excellent location
