Stayed here several times..It is always great!! Location is convenient to everything..love the balcony over the river. Everyone is always helpful and friendly!! Will be back again.

It was my 50th Birthday and my son and his girlfriend were coming up on my birthday the guy at night worked till he got them in the room next to us. Most definitely will go back.My son left his phone charger and they called to tell me he left it.

Large room with fireplace, balcony overlooking a creek, clean, good hot breakfast but not enough tables. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge,

Everything from outside to the lobby and the rooms were perfect. The rooms were very up to date and clean and the balcony over looking the the little pigeon river was awesome. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay at this location on my next trip. I would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options. We like sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks. Location was convenient to local attractions but also had quiet rooms.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, rooms with private terraces overlooking a stream frequented by ducks, geese, and other birds. The breakfast bar was well stocked, too. Only one quibble: walking across the carpet in our room, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were almost black. The carpets need to be cleaned. But that's a small issue for an overall excellent hotel at a very reasonable price, close to restaurants and the end of Pigeon Forge closest to the national park entrance.

We really enjoyed our stay everything was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable. If I could say one area to improve it would be the breakfast itself. It was underwhelming and lacked flavor.

Very convenient to all that's Pigeon on Forge, but the fact that it's one block off of the main strip makes it convenient, but quieter. It's an easy walk to the Dolly Parton Stampede. The hotel was very clean and rooms all had balconies onto the river behind. There's a great fire pit area out back. The breakfast room is very small, but they did serve eggs and sausage and waffles, etc. There's no hot tub, but there is a pool. It's a small hotel, so not big crowds.

Hotel was great. Everything was clean, bed comfortable, room spacious, didn't use but fireplace in room. Staff were helpful and nice. Hotel off the busy, main commercial street so it was quiet, but near enough to enjoy the commercial area.

We were amazed when we walked into our room at how large and clean it was. We loved having the balcony to sit and watch the river along with ducks,geese,an egret and even had a groundhog to watch and enjoy. The breakfast was great with a lot to choose from. We would definitely recommend staying here .
