We had a short 2 night stay here and it wasn’t enough. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast option of filling out a card and opting to have it delivered to our own terrace or we could have it in the garden cafe. It’s a very quiet and quaint property and we loved every minute of it. If you’re after a beautiful property walking distance to some shops and restaurants and only about a 5-10 minute drive to Monkey Forest, this is the perfect little place.

Spent 5 nights at The White Villas with our 2.5year old. The villa itself is a little dated, but it definitely adds to the rustic charm. There are quite a few insects (geckos especially), but you get used to it after a while - besides, you are in Ubud, of course there will be insects everywhere.
The entire property is extremely quiet and peaceful (except for the annoying rooster from the property next door who would sometimes crow in the early morning), and the entire property does not even feel crowded even though the villas were all fully booked.
The food is actually pretty good. Nasi Goreng on the breakfast menu is actually really yummy. So is the omelette. The pancakes were also pretty good - my picky toddler enjoyed it.
While it is a short walk to the main street with mini marts, food choices, massage shops, etc, there are also Warungs or mini marts along the same road with good food.
You can also order a massage straight to your room, such bliss!
The entire crew of staff from check in/housekeeping to the driver and the cook at the Garden Lounge are AMAZING. Service is so so so so good. They are so nice and helpful. Always smiling, always so helpful and approachable.
The White Villas is definitely a must stay if you are in Ubud, perfect for a relaxing getaway yet in Ubud Centre.
We really had such an enjoyable stay. We will definitely come back should we visit Ubud again.

Quiet and set in an oasis of flora and fauna. Nice pool and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Easy walk to shops and restaurants but far enough off Main Street to not hear traffic.
Only complaint is that ground floor rooms can be loud from upstairs neighbors as there is no carpet or rugs to soften sound.

Beautiful room, nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was served each morning on our Balcony. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon cake and coffee. Pool area was very nice. Staff were very friendly. The Villas is only a short walk to the main street. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful villa in walking distance to all the action of Ubud. The pool was absolutely stunning and the staff were all so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.

This place was amazing! The staff is very kind and helpful, they even brought my friend a cake for her birthday! We got the breakfast delivered to our balcony every morning. The room was very pretty decorated. The hotel area was super peaceful, nice pool area. Everything was great and we could really relax there. I definitely would go back!

The property was gorgeous.. lush vegetation and quiet setting — perfect for getting over jet lag! Putu, who picked us up at the airport and drove us to the Monkey Forest and back to the port was great… very helpful and friendly… as was all the staff. The villa was huge and well appointed. And the bathroom very cool. The food was good… and delivered to your room if you want. (Try the smoothie bowl—my favorite !). The villa was close to town (although an arduous walk for those with mobility issues). Best to arrange transportation in advance. All in all a wonderful stay.. I highly recommend White Villas!

Great hotel in Ubud! It’s a real unique experience to be in the city center of u if walking distance to everything and yet still very quiet and tranquil.
The hotel is very new, beautiful rooms, nice pool area.
The stuff very helping. Manager Ketut helped me to make my second reservation, was very attentive.
You can ask anything and will be helped.

This property is in easy walking distance to markets, restaurants and the palace. The staff are lovely, very hospital and provide a 5 star experience. There is a small kitchen on site that prepares food and breakfast. It is simple, but very good. The room was very comfortable and as a solo traveller, secure and private. I really enjoyed staying here, there are so many options and it can be difficult in choosing somewhere to stay, but this was overall an excellent choice for me.

Overall stay was nice, Only thing I want to mention is we booked suite with terrace view, and paid extra bucks online for this, but when we checked in they told us that they don't have suite with terrace and gave us suite at ground floor.
This should be checked by staff properly when a booking happens at their property.

Oasis of quiet and comfort walking distance from most attractions in Ubud. Very safe. Nice pool. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast. The 4pm tea and pastries is a very nice touch.

The staff at this villa are incredibly helpful and kind folks. The customer service was excellent but I would say it was their warmth and care that won me over. I got unexpectedly sick upon arrival. While I stayed in, the kind staff checked in on me. What’s more, I have several food allergies (which is why I wanted a place with a kitchen). They patiently and kindly worked with me to find things that I could have from the menu, making adjustments as needed. I am convinced this is why I healed in 2-3 days time. I can attest to the grounds, being in my villa recuperating for several days really gave me a chance to appreciate them. Impeccable and beautiful. Highly recommend to talk to the gardener; interesting fellow and dancer at the Kecak Dance nearby!
This is not anything of the villas doing but you should be aware that the street to the villa is very narrow. Car Gojek/taxis/drivers sometimes have a hard time maneuvering. That didn’t keep me from finding drivers but sometimes delayed pick ups and drop offs. The villa is a short walk from where most things are happening though and you can always opt to walk to a more accessible pick up point.

We absolutely loved our family stay at the White Villas in Ubud. An easy 4-5 minute walk into the centre of Ubud, yet surrounded by lush, peaceful jungle. The pool was fantastic and the staff were super helpful and caring. We loved the breakfast, as well as the other meals and snacks available in-house.

The staff at The White Villas Ubud are incredibly kind and thoughtful! They were some of the nicest people we met in Bali and made our stay absolutely lovely. The villa itself is lovely and mosquito free. Breakfast is delicious and perfectly portioned. The room is clean and the bathroom is beautiful! We felt very and taken care of, I wouldn't change anything. 10/10 stay, will definitely make it a point to stay here again! Thank you so much to the staff, I wish I remembered all their names to give them a personalized shout out!

Booked 2 bedroom 2.5 spacious clean property. A/C worked great and walk safe in master. Laundry service located across street. Delicious breakfast and cake in afternoon. On site restaurant but didn’t try. Only downside is rooster in the morning crowing.

You get what you pay for and The White Villa's didnt dissapoint. The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in was huge, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were also comfortable, which is important.
The grounds and pool were amazing, and so was the daily cooked to order breakfast.
Staff were so friendly and always wanted to go out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and well looked after.
As for the area, its set back about a 5 min walk from the main street with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants and is in a very safe location. Very easy and accessible walk.
If I'm ever back in Ubud, I will definitely stay there again.

Definitely love to stay again! I stayed 4 nights at the suite room with Terrence, the room was timeless, cleaned and relaxing. The breakfast can either served to your room or their nice lounge area. They also have lunch/dinner menu at a limited time for room service, an infinity pool and free afternoon tea treats. The location is good, within 10 mins walk to the main shopping/restaurant places but no noises in the area at all.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The only con is probably it’s on the narrow alley that the cars are not easy to meet, but I was taking scooter most of time so no problem.

The White Villas is a bonus surprise for my trip, the Terence Villa has very lovely and easy chic vibe.Most importantly, they maintain the facility and the room so CLEAN!! and you can really feel that the service stuff are trying their best to help you. LOVE this place, would absolutely back again.

The villa is very conveniently located within walking distance from the main street. Clean, beautiful and cozy rooms, yummy breakfast. The staff there were friendly and helpful, and assisted us book all our tours around the area. Driver of the villa is also nice and patient. Overall, had a great stay there.

My wife and I spent 3 fantastic nights here in a private villa. We were served breakfast each morning on our balcony and all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool is beautiful, and was always very quiet. Would definitely stay again!
