For us, all was perfect 👌

It was a pleasant stay for one night. The room is comfortable, beds are good, everything is very clean. The breakfast was good, the waiter exceptionally friendly. We will certainly choose this hotel again for a stay in the area!

Lady at check in was a little awkward, but it might have been a language barrier. However the hotel and room were great and clean. No garden view though, as we were looking at the neighbour's concrete yard. No issue for us though. The personnel at breakfast were very friendly and kind. The food was also very good and good options. It was close to where we needed to be, and will definitely come back again if available.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days from 31st july - 2nd of august. The staff were very nice, breakfast was good (I missed glutenfree options, but they could offer fried eggs). During one of the mornings me and my family had to leave the hotel very early and then they arranged the breakfast 15 mins earlier than the opening hours, which we appreciated a lot. In one of the corridors I could smell mold and that's the only minus with this hotel.

Overall the hotel and staff were kind and professional and it was a pleasant stay. Fantastic buffet breakfast mix of hot and cold. Only down side, non of the meat products were labelled. General house keeping we didn't understand as one day they left a lot of out rubbish, and didnt take the dirty cups away but made the beds up and cleaned the bathroom. Our room was not carpeted. Few areas in the room needed more of a clean than other parts (thats the petty part) walking distance to two Netto stores, small bakery and notcied a market on a Thursday within walking distance. Quite peaceful and pleasant. Parking is a bit tight, however they do have underground parking for a few cars as well. Would definitely stay again.

Extremely helpful staff really makes the stay. Very convenient, will definitely be back. Just a shame there are not local restaurants or hotel doesn’t do simple food in the evening.

Very good breakfast, parking inside court plus underground. Friendly and helpful personnel, only point to be aware of is the limited take away possibilities (hotel has no restaurant). Anyway we ordered 2 pizzas with the help of the receptionist. Price 11 euros incl. Delivery!!!!!! And they were tasty

Good hotel fit for purpose, in a central location with a few bars, foodie places within easy reach. The website photos are accurate however in the room - 28 - there was a missing windowsill with the bricks/ insulation exposed and also loose screws / holes in one wall / ceiling where it appears the A/C unit has been moved from ( good to have A/C though) now cited above the door. A little untidy in need of repair, IMO should have been sorted prior to letting room. Shower / bathroom all good, lemongrass shower gel, shampoo and soap all supplied as was a glass bottle of sparking water in the room, nice touch. Also a fridge in the room which is handy but be careful as the master switch for all electrics in the room is the light switch by the door as you enter meaning the fridge switched off when we turned out the lights on our way out which would have been fine if they had explained this prior. Comfy beds, had 2 singles pushed together, a double would be an improvement. Inclusive breakfast was great, staff were friendly and polite. Free parking onsite a helpful plus. All in all I would recommend as a 7/10 but could easily be improved upon.

Quiet stay in the family room even though near a busy main road. Breakfast was fab too, very organized! A minor point maybe to label the items on display at breakfast buffet as my son got mixed up with yoghurt instead of dough for the waffles, making the waffle maker steam up...

It looks like the hotel is in the process of an extensive update. If that had been totally finished I would have rated it a 5/5. The staff are nice and very helpful, the breakfast was great, and the new shower was fantastic. It was quiet and comfortable and the location was ideal for us - about a 5 minute walk to a train staion, grocery store, and some bakeries/cafes but with parking on the premises. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow simply stunning even though the hotel is mid renovation the quality of service and cleanliness was flawless, sure the door number was stuck on with tape and the occasional door handle missing but it didn’t detract from my stay and it was by far the best hotel I stayed in during my week touring Germany and ironically it was the cheapest. Bed was a pleasure to sleep on nice and firm and felt like it had memory foam too so needless to say I had a great nights sleep. When the place is fully done it’ll be amazing. If I return to Duisburg I’ll be staying here if there is a room free.

The place was under renovation. By booking a room with a garden view, we got a view of the road. The service was excellent, clean room, breakfast was very good.

Honestly, room decent until you look closer. Curtain wasn’t help up properly, curtain rail fell down three times whilst trying to draw the curtain. Part of inclsed Shower screenwas missing ..... hotel did provide two pots of jam as an apology. No air conditioning...... it was so warm when trying to sleep Staff were good as gold and breakfast was lovely 😊
