Everything was excellent

Came here with family and really liked this place. There was a few issues with the phone/internet but the staff was quick to fix and friendly. The apartments are very spacious, the restaurant here is very good. It's good location, walking distance to many restaurants and with a beach right in the front, although not the best. There is many other better beaches in the area. Would highly recommend

After a little hiccup with an AC at the original penthouse, we were switched to better accommodations. The apartment at Aligio was modern and beautiful — equipped with comfortable beds, a nice jacuzzi and fully functional appliances. We used the fridge to keep our “Presidentes vestidas de novia”, stove to make our cafecito in the morning, and even used the pots to make quick dishes for the kids. The AC units, which are a must for a summer in Terrenas, functioned well. The complimentary breakfast was simple (eggs scrambled, fried, or omelette with mangu/salami or fresh bread), the juice was a bit watered down, and the coffee was pretty decent. If you’re new to Terrenas, I would recommend forgoing the all inclusive route because there are so many great restaurants in the area; you’ll never need to eat in the same place twice, unless you would like to, of course. The kids really enjoyed the 2 pools — both clean and well maintained. Aligio is located across the street from Terrenas beach. Although that particular part of the beach is not the best Terrenas has to offer, it is nice and convenient, especially for an early dip (you can leave sleepy partners/kids/party in the room). The beauty of Terrenas tourism is that you can go to one of the many beaches and just relax there all day, lounging in one of the beachfront restaurants (they’re more like big huts) that make for more authentic Dominican beach fare.

The apartment was AMAZING. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The ocean view was spectacular. Will definitely stay there again.

Quiet friendly staff very clean convenient location

Breakfast was included with my stay but everything in that restaurant was terrible. Food and service was horrible. It’s a shame such a nice place not to have a decent place to eat.

Best hotel in the best location in Las Terennas

It was very close to the beach.

Just okay. The hotel is very nice and clean and my room had a nice view. However, only one toilet was functioning. It would be nice for the rooms to have basic amenities such as paper towels, coffee, sugar , salt. Not enough parking spaces in front . The hotel is surrounded by places to eat. Great location for walking.

Great place to stay!

Alligio Hotel is a very Pretty Hotel. Staff is very nice and friendly. It is convenient and walkable to restaurants. Only thing I didn't like and wouldn't recommend is the breakfast, yes it's free which is great. But after the 2nd day, you want something different. They should have MORE Different Fruit, different Sweet breads. Some Fresh juices, as Fruit is everywhere, Different Fresh juices. It just seems very bland. That is all I have to say, otherwise is a very nice, good hotel. Loved the location :)

Extremely dissatisfied my air conditioning from living room and master room weren’t functioning!!!! They new this and still put me in this apartment I ask for a discount and all I got discounted was /25 dollars ! I slept and my family whole night under the heat I will never stay there again!

The only thing I could say is that maybe they should have a bigger or mix it up every day for breakfast.

On the surface nice enough but don’t look too closely. Faucet loose. Toilet seats with only 1 bolt. Paid for room w balcony jacuzzi but it wasn’t full of water upon arrival so didn’t heat up during our 3 days! So what’s the purpose of selling this room for more?! Breakfast left much to be desired for taste and options and the women working it are miserable. Not worth the money. Area didn’t feel safe for women and children at night. Couldn’t find a grocery store. Just not worth it

Apartment K6 had several deficiencies. Toilet in main bedroom wasn’t working. The shower only had very hot water , too hot to shower. Main entrance sliding door unable to lock. Very noisy at night with neighbors watching loud tele all night long. Breakfast poor quality, most items were not available if you came after 9. Slow check in . It’s not a real hotel , more a kind apartment complex with some services . Prices very high for the service you get

I liked that it was an apartment, so I had the choice to go to a resturant or buy food and cook it there. I didn't like that I had to leave a 200 dollar security deposit after paying for the room already for 6 days.
