Our stay at the Daydream Luxury Suites were amazing. The location was awesome and even though the pool was to be shared with another suite

Our experience at Daydream Luxury Suites was exceptional on all levels. The staff, especially George, were so attentive and really made us feel taken care of on our honeymoon. George planned our transfers, helped with our luggage, and went above and beyond to help plan our activities. Our cave room downstairs was extremely spacious with incredible modern touches - truly the most unique, memorable place we have ever stayed! Our room came with a private jet tub made of rock. The Jo Malone products were another amazing touch. Each morning the breakfast was incredible out on the communal deck where there is a communal mini pool and breathtaking views of the caldera. Since there aren’t a ton of rooms we never crossed paths with anyone so it still felt like our own private pool! The location was also perfect, close to so many great Fira restaurants and attractions yet still felt quiet and secluded.

Amazing View in Fira! Beautiful pool and great service!

Amazing location located in the heart of Fira with picturesque sunset views away from the crowds. Semi private pools and jacuzzi. Bathroom was spacious and luxurious and actually looked like the pictures advertised. Located within walking distance (5-10mins) to the restaurants, main square, night clubs, bars and Fira bus terminal. The hotel was very spacious and clean. We had the company of Theo (reception staff) to accommodate our stay. He offered to carry our luggage down the stairs going down the suites. He was attentive and even assisted to book shore excursions on our behalf. Reception closes at 6pm so if you need to store luggage on the day of checkout plan ahead. However Theo kindly allowed us to store our luggage at no extra charge until a later time which he had to come back in his personal time so he went above and beyond. We had welcome drinks and they offered complimentary water and coffee pods on the first nights stay. Please note, any additional coffee pods was very expensive. Overall I would definitely come back again. A very nice and relaxing stay.

The property is located in the heart of Thira, close to the shops and restaurants. Nothing was a problem for the property manager who made our stay extremely enjoyable.

Amazing! Beyond worth it!

From beginning to end, this was an outstanding holiday! The location was perfect. Our suite was perfect (Room 3). Vasili and his staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. So peaceful, yet only steps away from a buzzing Fira with its shops, restaurants and clubs. Take a walk ( over 500 steps) or take a ride in the cable car to the Old Port where you can book a boat ride to the volcano, Oia or just take a sunset cruise. The sunsets are truly amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat. My only “warning” is, if you struggle with steps, this might not be the hotel for you. Having said that, many parts of Fira are all about steps. I managed and felt good about it!!

The hotel is overbooked. The front desk informed us when we are trying to check in and told us there’s some issue and the hotel is overbooked. They redirect us to a place with worse view and cheaper price. They did not offer any refund or any early notice, which we could book another better hotel before. (We spend about $460 for a nice suite in the hotel and the direct us to a hotel where only worth €200 per nice and they told us they are the same?!?!)The way they deal with this issue is disappointing and it looks like the hotel staff is just helping another hotel with worse view to get customers.Be aware of the hotel before booking.

It was one of the few hotels that were open during winter in Santorini. Loved the location of this hotel - unbeatable view & right in the centre of Fira, which makes it convenient for buses and food. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was huge. The heated pool & jacuzzi that were shared with another room was a bonus. Nobody else was using them, guess we were the only crazy ones to get into the jacuzzi during winter. Not many places were open for food during winter, so eating options were limited and the hotel does not provide breakfast. The only real complaint that we had was that the room seemed to ooze water from every surface, could be a condensation problem during winter, not sure. We couldn't seem to keep the floor, bathroom counter and walls dry, no matter how many times we wiped them. Possibly this is not the case in the summer. Overall our stay was very good and I would consider staying here again.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted for our winter holidays! The hotel staff was amazing and helpful with everything. You wont be able to access the hotel directly via a car and will have to walk about 5 minutes to the entrance of the hotel. The only trouble we had was due to the fact that this hotel was built into the Caldera, there were a lot of steps (which were sometimes rather steep) to traverse. All in all though, very clean and awesome hotel. We were able to access the heated pool and jacuzzi which was open during this time of year and HEATED! It was centrally located next to many restaurants and cafes that were open and about a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop which opens up the entire island! We loved and enjoyed our stay at the hotel and could not recommend enough this hotel. We will definitely be coming back and hope to stay here again!

Hotel was very central to all activities in Santorini including transportation. Unique in design. Great to have your own personal spa and sauna in each room. Easy access to everything and hotel amanger provided excellent service!

This is not a hotel, but one of 4 luxury suites. When we first arrived, there was noone from the staff. We had to call the person responsible and we had to wait for him 2 hours! Other than that, the location and views are great, at the heart of action in Fira. The room is a 5-star room as well, very clean and comfortable.

A modern luxury hotel, with wonderful facilities and view (including sunset), and great staff - represented by the amazing Tasos and his team, who made everything possible to make our stay unforgettable.

This place couldn't be located better! When you're done looking around, eating or shopping, there are a couple infinity pools to cool down in or a hot tub to relax in...looking out from the top of the caldera. The staff was extremely friendly and insisted on carrying our luggage :-)

This place is very good and the view was great.Also very close to center really loved the bathroom and the breakfast.Wifi was low....

The amazing views and multiple outdoor pools (heated in the winter) were worth everything and makes this a perfect spot for all seasons. The service was what really stood out to me though. Tasos at the reception was not only friendly and polite but also went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His hospitality made a huge impact on the overall experience even though the hotel already has a convenient location and great facilities. I had such a good time and would definitely visit again!

The hotel stuff do not exist, ie no one to help u to carry ur luggage like all other hotels (a lot of steps to reach the hotel); add to that that cleaning was extremely bad (hair all over the toilet, the floor,the bed, as well as the pillows). Last, it's just above the donkeys' route, so if you want to enjoy the smell and the noise...book this hotel (its overpriced for this area too and compared with other hotels). I booked after three nights a different hotel and I was very satisfied.

I came up to 2 stars as the onsite manager was great and the breakfast and overall views were nice. I booked the "Honeymoon Suite" which turned out to be the 3rd best of 4 rooms on the property. It is not a suite, it is a single 60 square feet (20 square meters) room with an attached bathroom. It is across from reception and connected to the 4th room with a door which transfers the sound of their music and talking. While we thought we would be able to leave the window shutters open to enjoy the view from bed, unfortunately the adjacent restaurant and the 2 adjoining other properties enable people to look into those windows as well. You are also not able to use the items in the photos as they assign pools to each unit and the large lounge area is actually for 2 of the other rooms. Don't be fooled by the photos, make another choice on Santorini.

Best place to stay in Santorini. Great Pool and awesome service from Hector who manage that place really well.
